ASPHALT COMPOSITIONS USING WASTE PVB FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
The present invention relates to an asphalt composition prepared by using a waste PVB film, and a preparation method thereof. The method is used to prepare an asphalt binder using the waste PVB film separated from vehicle front glass waste in order to recycle the waste, thereby increasing the vehicle scrap recycling rate and reducing waste treatment costs. The method is used to prepare an intermediate temperature asphalt composition by using the waste PVB film in order to reduce the use of petroleum-based fuels for heating asphalt. By using the waste PVB film, the cost-effectiveness of the intermediate temperature asphalt composition is enhanced compared to a method using wax or resins.
본 발명은, 차량의 폐 전면유리로부터 분리된 폐 PVB 필름을 이용하여 아스팔트 바인더를 제조함으로써, 폐기물을 자원화할 수 있으므로, 폐차 재활용률이 향상되고 폐기물 처리비를 저감할 수 있다. 또한, 폐 PVB 필름을 이용함으로써 중온 아스팔트 조성물의 제조가 가능하기 때문에, 아스팔트를 가열하기 위해 사용되는 석유계 연료 등의 사용이 감소될 수 있다. 또한, 폐 PVB 필름을 이용함으로써 중온 아스팔트 조성물의 제조시 왁스나 수지류를 사용하는 경우보다 경제적인 이점이 있다.
