The present invention relates to an asphalt composition using a waste part of a vehicle and a production method thereof. The present invention can recycle waste by producing an asphalt binder through mixing a waste PVB film separated from a waste windshield glass of the vehicle and a waste synthetic rubber separated from an interior material of the vehicle, and can improve the waste recycling rate and reduce waste disposal cost.
본 발명은, 차량의 폐 전면유리로부터 분리된 폐 PVB 필름과, 상기 차량의 내장재로부터 분리된 폐 합성고무를 혼합하여 아스팔트 바인더를 제조함으로써, 폐기물을 자원화할 수 있으므로, 폐차 재활용률이 향상되고 폐기물 처리비를 저감할 수 있다.
