ELASTICITY PAVEMENT COMPOSITION WITHIN SAWDUST AND QUARTZ SAND
The present invention relates to an elastic pavement material composition containing sawdust and silica sand, which is intended to improve water permeability as well as to reinforce strength of a pavement layer since sawdust is used in the elastic pavement material composition for a road as an alternative to an existing rubber chip. To this end, the pavement material composition is produced by mixing the materials composed of: 60-70 wt% of sawdust; 10-24 wt% of silica sand; 10-20 wt% of a binder; and 1-5 wt% of a pigment.
본 발명은 톱밥 및 규사가 함유된 탄성 포장제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 도로용 탄성포장제 조성물에 기존의 고무칩을 대체하여 톱밥을 사용함으로서 포장층의 강도를 보강함과 함께 투수성이 개선되어지도록 하기 위한 것이다.이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명의 포장제 조성물은, 톱밥 60~70중량%와, 규사 10~24중량%, 바인더 10~20중량%, 안료 1~5중량%의 비율로 혼합이 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 톱밥 및 규사가 함유된 탄성 포장제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 도로용 탄성포장제 조성물에 기존의 고무칩을 대체하여 톱밥을 사용함으로서 포장층의 강도를 보강함과 함께 투수성이 개선되어지도록 하기 위한 것이다.이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명의 포장제 조성물은, 톱밥 60~70중량%와, 규사 10~24중량%, 바인더 10~20중량%, 안료 1~5중량%의 비율로 혼합이 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
