According to the present invention, provided is an antibacterial elastic pavement composition constructing method, which comprises: a step of spreading and flattening an antibacterial elastic pavement composition on the floor of a construction site, wherein the antibacterial elastic pavement composition in which 100 parts by weight of cork chips coated with starch water, 3 to 5 parts by weight of an antimicrobial agent, 3 to 5 parts by weight of a far infrared ray emitter, 3 to 5 parts by weight of a UV absorber and deodorant, and 20 to 40 parts by weight of a binder are mixed; and a step of functioning as a flooring material while the installed antibacterial elastic pavement composition is pressed by a roller means.
본 발명에 의하면, 풀물이 코팅 처리된 코르크칩 100 중량부; 항균제 3 내지 5 중량부; 원적외선방사제 3 내지 5 중량부; 자외선흡수및탈취제 3 내지 5 중량부; 및 바인더 20 내지 40 중량부가 혼합된 항균성 탄성 포장재가 시공 현장의 바닥면에 포설되고 평탄화 처리되는 단계와; 상기 포설된 항균성 탄성 포장재가 롤러 수단에 의해 가압되면서 바닥재로서 기능하는 단계를 포함하는 항균성 탄성 포장재 포장 방법이 제공된다.
