The present invention relates to a mortise for a door lock having a deadbolt and a latch bolt and a door lock device having the same, and more specifically, to a mortise for a door lock having a deadbolt and a latch bolt and a door lock device having the same which can smoothly operate a latch bolt when a door is closed in an opened state and can prevent damage to a motor caused by overload to the motor due to an abnormality when the deadbolt is operated. The present invention provides a mortise for a door lock having a deadbolt, a latch bolt and a trigger bolt, which comprises: a latch bolt position setup means adjusting the position of a latch guide link of the latch bolt when the door is opened and closed by using the trigger bolt; and a motor protecting means composed of a spring for a clutch provided to protect the motor when the motor provided to protect the deadbolt is overloaded.
본 발명은 데드볼트, 래치볼트를 구비한 도어록용 모티스 및 이를 구비한 도어록 장치에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 도어가 열린 상태에서 닫힐 때 래치볼트가 원활하게 작동할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 데드볼트의 작동시 이상 현상에 의하여 모터의 과부하 발생으로 모터의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 이루어진 도어록용 모티스 및 이를 구비한 도어록 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명인 도어록용 모티스는, 데드볼트와, 래치볼트 및 트리거볼트를 포함하는 도어록용 모티스에 있어서, 상기 트리거볼트를 이용하여 도어의 열림시와 닫힘시 래치볼트의 래치용 가이드링크 위치를 조절하도록 하는 래치볼트 위치설정수단과; 상기 데드볼트를 동작시키기 위하여 구비되는 모터의 과부하시 보호하도록 구비되는 클러치용 스프링으로 이루어지는 모터보호수단을 포함하도록 이루어진다.
