The present invention relates to an insulator fixing device for an apartment house which enables an insulator to have a continuous contact force towards a wall body. More specifically, the insulator fixing device for an apartment house, comprises: a bracket (30) installed in an insulator attaching surface (22) of a wall body (20), including vertical guide holes (31, 32) and an eccentric hole (33); a containing groove (42) concavely formed on a rear surface of an insulator (40) closely attached to the insulator attaching surface (22) to receive the bracket (30); a spring latching plate (44) attached to the rear surface of the insulator (40), partially protruding from one side of the containing groove (42); a lifting rod (52) inserted into the vertical guide holes (31, 32); a toggle action shaft (54) inserted into the eccentric hole (33); a toggle spring (50) which extends from the lifting rod (52) to the toggle action shaft (54) by way of a front surface of the spring latching plate (44), and is rotated by a torsion elasticity restoring force with the vertical guide holes (31, 32) as a starting point to be converted into a front and rear direction; a spring latching pin (56) installed in the lifting rod (52); a locking spring (60) fitted into the lifting rod (52) whose both ends are supported between the spring latching pin (56) and the bracket (30) to apply an elastic force to a direction to raise the lifting rod (52); a latch rod (58) installed in a lower part of the toggle action shaft (54); a stopper (34) formed on the bracket (30) to limit a rotatable angle of the latch rod (58); and a latching groove (35) formed on the bracket (30) to limit rotation of the latch rod (58).
본 발명은 단열재가 벽체를 향해 지속적인 밀착력을 갖도록 할 수 있는 공동주택용 단열재 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 벽체(20)의 단열재부착면(22)에 설치되고, 수직안내구멍(31)(32)과 편심구멍(33)을 갖는 브래킷(30); 단열재부착면(22)에 밀착되는 단열재(40)의 후면에 오목하게 형성되어 브래킷(30)을 수용하는 수납홈(42); 단열재(40)의 후면에 부착되어 수납홈(42)의 일측면으로 부분 돌출되는 스프링걸림판(44); 수직안내구멍(31)(32)으로 삽입되는 승강봉(52); 편심구멍(33)에 삽입되는 토글작용축(54); 승강봉(52)으로부터 스프링걸림판(44)의 정면을 거쳐 토글작용축(54)으로 연장되어 비틀림 탄성복원력에 의해 수직안내구멍(31)(32)을 기점으로 회전되어 전후방향으로 전환되는 토글스프링(50); 승강봉(52)에 설치되는 스프링걸림핀(56); 승강봉(52)에 끼워져서 양단이 스프링걸림핀(56)과 브래킷(30) 사이에 지지되어 승강봉(52)을 상승시키는 방향으로 탄성력을 가하는 잠금스프링(60); 토글작용축(54)의 하단부에 형성되는 래치봉(58); 래치봉(58)의 회전각도를 제한하기 위해 브래킷(30)에 형성되는 스토퍼(34); 상승된 래치봉(58)의 회전을 제한하기 위해 브래킷(30)에 형성되는 걸림홈(35)을 포함한다.
