PIPE FIXING DEVICE FOR APPARTMENT HOUSE
The present invention relates to a pipe fixing device for an apartment house, which can prevent a pipe fixed by a U-bolt from tilting to one side or sagging. The pipe fixing device for an apartment house comprises: a bending unit support slot (34) formed between U-bolt mounting holes (36, 38) formed on a vertical plate (32) of an angle bracket (30), into which a bending unit (22) of a U-bolt (20) is inserted; an outer support plate (40) bent outwardly from a lower end of the bending unit support slot (34) to support an outer protrusion (22u) of the bending unit (22) protruding outwardly through the bending unit support slot (34); and an inner support plate (42, 44) bent on both sides of the outer support plate (40) in a direction opposite to the bent direction of the outer support plate (40) to support a non-entry unit (22a, 22b) of the bending unit (22) which does not enter the bending unit support slot (34); and a chamfering unit (42c, 44c) formed on a corner of the inner support plate (42, 44) to prevent interference between a pipe (50) fixed by the U-bolt and the inner support plate (42, 44).
본 발명은 유볼트에 의해 고정되는 파이프가 한쪽으로 기울어지거나 처지는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 파이프 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 앵글(30)의 수직판(32)에 형성된 유볼트체결구멍(36)(38) 사이에 형성되고, 유볼트(20)의 벤딩부(22)가 삽입되는 벤딩부지지슬롯(34); 벤딩부지지슬롯(34)의 하단부에서 바깥쪽 방향으로 절곡되어 벤딩부지지슬롯(34)을 통해 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 벤딩부(22)의 외측돌출부(22u)를 지지하는 외측지지판(40); 외측지지판(40)의 양쪽에서 외측지지판(40)이 절곡된 방향과 상반된 방향으로 절곡되어, 벤딩부지지슬롯(34)으로 진입되지 못한 벤딩부(22)의 미진입부(22a)(22b)를 지지하는 내측지지판(42)(44); 유볼트(20)에 의해 고정되는 파이프(50)와 내측지지판(42)(44)이 서로 간섭되는 것을 방지하기 위해 내측지지판(42)(44)의 모서리에 형성되는 면취부(42c)(44c)를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a pipe fixing device for an apartment house, which can prevent a pipe fixed by a U-bolt from tilting to one side or sagging.
