The present invention provides a wall body embedded piping structure for preventing water leakage in an apartment house balcony and a method of constructing the same. The wall body embedded piping structure for preventing water leakage in an apartment house balcony comprises: an exchanging type balcony part (300) which is connected to a main balcony part (100), is coupled to the main balcony part (100) and a wall body draining pipe part (200) disposed in a wall body (10) installed to guide drainage upward and downward and detachably connected to the wall body draining pipe part (200) to form a draining passage (311); and a moisture removing part (400) which removes moisture due to water leakage to the outside of the exchanging type balcony part (300) by providing the heat set in the draining passage (311) when water leaks from the draining passage (311).
본 발명은 아파트 발코니 누수방지를 위한 벽체 매립배관 구조 및 시공 방법을 제공한다. 상기 아파트 발코니 누수방지를 위한 벽체 매립배관 구조는 메인 발코니 부(100)와 연결되며, 상하를 따라 배수를 유도하도록 설치되는 벽체(10)에 마련되는 벽체 배수관 부(200)와, 상기 메인 발코니 부(100)에 결합되며, 상기 벽체 배수관 부(200)와 탈착 가능하게 연결되어, 배수 유로(311)를 이루는 교체식 발코니 부(300); 및 상기 배수 유로(311)로부터 누수가 발생되는 경우, 상기 배수 유로(311)로 설정된 열을 제공하여, 상기 누수로 인한 습기를 상기 교체식 발코니 부(300)의 외부로 강제 제거하는 습기 제거부(400)를 포함한다.
