The present invention provides a cladding panel which can prevent an inflow of foreign materials, such as moisture, with an external wall, and has excellent durability and corrosion resistance, and a cladding panel coupling structure. The cladding panel coupling structure, comprises: a first panel which includes a first front panel, a first rear panel arranged to protrude upwards from a rear side of the first front panel, and a first insertion piece extending from an upper part of the first rear panel; a second panel which is arranged on an upper side of the first panel, and includes a second front panel facing an upper front surface of the first rear panel and a second rear panel arranged on a rear side of the second front panel such that the second front panel protrudes downwards, wherein a second insertion groove into which the first insertion piece is inserted is formed upwards at a bottom of the second rear panel; a water expansion barrier part which is arranged on the second insertion groove and comes in contact with the first rear panel and the second front panel, respectively; and a guide pad which is arranged on a rear side of both horizontal ends of the first panel and the second panel in a vertical direction to guide a flow of fluid in a vertical direction. The horizontal length of the second insertion groove is longer than that of the first insertion piece, and both ends of the water expansion barrier part are exposed to both ends of the second insertion groove toward the guide pad to come in contact with the guide pad when the first insertion piece is inserted into the second insertion groove to be fixed thereto.
