Architectural Exterior Panel Assembly Structure
The present invention relates to a structure for assembling an external panel for construction, capable of improving insulation and airtightness by effectively blocking a fine crack remaining between an external panel and a frame, thereby embodying a more pleasant indoor environment. To achieve the purpose, the structure for assembling an external panel for construction includes: a plurality of external panels (10) of a synthetic resin material, placed by being consecutively connected; a flange frame (20) formed in a shape surrounding the flange of the external panel (10); a fixing frame (30) assembled and coupled with the inside of the flange frame (20) and supporting an outer wall for preventing the departure of the external panel (10); a sealing agent (50) provided on one side of the fixing frame (30) to come in close contact with an inner wall of the external panel (10); a gasket (60) assembled with the cover frame (40) to improve the airtight contact with the outer wall of the external panel (10); and an angular pipe (70) having a connection part combined with the flange frame (20) by piece coupling.
본 발명은 건축용 외장패널 조립용 구조체에 관한 것으로서, 외장패널과 프레임사이에 잔존하는 미세한 틈새를 효과적으로 차단하여 단열성 및 기밀성을 향상시킴으로써 보다 쾌적한 실내환경을 구현하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 다수개가 연속으로 연결 배치되는 합성수지 재질의 외장패널(10)과; 상기 외장패널(10)의 테두리를 감싸는 형태로 구성되는 테두리프레임(20)과; 상기 테두리프레임(20)의 내측에 조립 체결이 이루어짐과 함께 외장패널(10)의 내벽면을 지지하는 고정프레임(30)과; 상기 테두리프레임(20)의 외측에 조립 체결이 이루어짐과 함께 외장패널(10)의 이탈 방지를 위한 외벽면을 지지하는 커버프레임(40)과; 상기 고정프레임(30)의 일측에 구비되어 외장패널(10)의 내벽면과 밀착이 이루어지는 실링제(50)와; 상기 커버프레임(40)에 조립 구성되어 외장패널(10)의 외벽면과 기밀성을 향상시키는 가스켓(60)과; 상기 테두리프레임(20)과 피스 체결에 따른 연결부위 결합이 이루어지는 각파이프(70);를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
