The present invention has higher pullout resistance strength than prior art by longitudinally arching the main body of arched steel fibers for reinforcing a cement-based material and bending both ends thereof and thus can ultimately improve the mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, flexural strength, and energy absorption capacity, of a cement composite. In addition, the present invention can reduce the content of the steel fibers against performance in comparison with the prior art and thus even obtain technical effects including the creation of economic value added in terms of the costs of materials consumed.
La présente invention a une résistance à la traction plus grande que celle de l'état de la technique, par courbure longitudinale du corps principal de fibres d'acier arquées pour renforcer un matériau à base de ciment et courber les deux extrémités de ce dernier, et peut ainsi améliorer les propriétés mécaniques, telles que la résistance à la traction, la résistance à la flexion et la capacité d'absorption d'énergie, d'un composite de ciment. De plus, la présente invention peut réduire la teneur en fibres d'acier contre la performance par rapport à l'état de la technique et, ainsi, même obtenir des effets techniques comprenant la création de valeur économique ajoutée en termes de coûts de matériaux consommés.
본 발명은 시멘트계 재료 보강용 아치형 강섬유 본체에 대하여 길이방향으로 아치형을 가지고 양끝단부를 굴곡 처리함으로써, 종래보다 높은 인발저항강도를 가지게 되므로 궁극적으로 시멘트 복합체의 인장강도, 휨강도 및 에너지 흡수능력과 같은 역학적 성능을 향상시키는 것이 가능하다. 또한, 종래기술과 비교하여 성능 대비 강섬유의 혼입량을 줄일 수 있으므로 소모자재 비용 면에서 경제적 부가가치를 창출하는 등의 기술효과까지 얻는다.
