BALLAST STOPPER FOR GRAVEL
The present invention relates to ballast stopper for gravel for a railway, comprising: a first to third blocking plates installed in a concrete base of a steel pole to block intrusion of gravel to rail by surrounding the steel pole. The first blocking plate is positioned on the front direction of the concrete base facing the railway to block gravel intruding on the front direction of the concrete base, and the second and third blocking plates coupled to the first blocking plate, and respectively positioned on the left and right sides of the concrete base to block gravel intruding. On the middle of the rear surface of the first blocking plate, a groove line in a left to right direction is formed, and the end of the second and the third blocking plates are respectively formed with protrusions moving along the groove line by engagement; and to guide a movement of the second and the third blocking plates depending on the size of the concrete base against the first blocking plate.
본 발명은 철도 철주용 자갈막이장치에 관한 것으로, 철주용 콘크리트기초에 설치되어 상기 철주를 감싸 도상자갈이 상기 철주로의 침범을 차단하는 제1 내지 제3 차단판을 포함하며, 상기 제1 차단판은 철도도상과 대향하는 상기 콘크리트기초의 전측에 위치하여 상기 콘크리트기초의 전측으로 침범하는 상기 도상자갈을 차단하고, 상기 제2 및 제3 차단판은 상기 제1 차단판에 결합되어 상기 콘크리트기초의 좌측 및 우측에 각각 위치하여 상기 콘크리트기초의 좌측 및 우측으로 침범하는 상기 도상자갈을 차단하며, 상기 제1 차단판의 후면 중간에는 좌우방향으로 홈라인이 요입 형성되고, 상기 제1 차단판의 후면과 대면하는 상기 제2 및 제3 차단판의 단부에는 상기 홈라인에 끼워져 상기 홈라인을 따라 이동하는 돌기가 각각 형성되어, 상기 제1 차단판에 대한 상기 콘트리트기초의 크기에 따른 상기 제2 및 제3 차단판의 이동을 가이드하고, 상기 홈라인에는 상기 홈라인을 따라 장공이 형성되고, 상기 돌기에는 상기 장공과 대응하는 결합공이 각각 형성되어, 상기 제1 차단판에 대한 상기 제2 및 제3 차단판의 결합장소를 마련하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
