The present invention provides a bilateral opening and closing reducer which enables a worker at the inside to open a door to prevent isolation. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bilateral opening and closing reducer comprises: a gear box having a gear box body, a bearing housing, and an oil chamber; a worm axis having a worm wheel; a door driving axis rotationally supported by the gear box; a worm gear freely rotationally inserted into the door driving axis; a coupling arranged in one side of the worm gear; a coupling combination pin restricting a moving section of the coupling in the door driving axis; a spring support plate arranged in one side of the coupling; a plurality of coupling springs interposed between the spring support plate and the coupling; a coupling release operating pin of which a front end is in contact with the coupling combination pin; a first coupling control axis screwed to one end of the door driving axis; and a second coupling control axis movably inserted into the other end of the door driving axis in an axial direction.
본 발명은 정전시에 실외 뿐만 아니라 실내에서 감속기 내부의 커플링 결합을 간단히 해제시킬 수 있도록 하여 실내측 작업자가 도어를 열 수 있어 고립되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 양축 개방형 개폐용 감속기를 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 양축 개방형 개폐용 감속기는, 기어박스 본체, 기어박스 본체에 대향되게 결합되어 있는 베어링 하우징, 기어박스 본체와 베어링 하우징에 의해 내부에 형성된 오일챔버를 갖는 기어박스와; 상기 기어박스에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 있고 웜휠을 갖는 웜축과; 상기 웜축과 직각 방향으로 배치되어 상기 기어박스에 회전 가능하게 지지되어 있고 관통된 핀 결합용 유공을 갖는 도어 구동축과; 상기 도어 구동축에 회전 자유롭게 삽입되어 상기 웜휠에 이맞물림되어 있고 일측면에 원주방향으로 커플링 치형이 형성되어 있는 웜기어와; 상기 도어 구동축의 유공을 갖는 구간에 축방향으로만 직선이동가능하도록 스플라인 결합되어 상기 웜기어의 일측에 배치되고, 상기 커플링 치형에 이맞물림으로 결합 및 해제되는 가동 치형을 갖는 커플링과; 상기 커플링에 직경 방향으로 삽입된 후 상기 핀 결합용 유공에 위치되어 도어 구동축에서 커플링의 이동구간을 제한하는 커플링 결합핀과; 상기 도어 구동축에 고정 결합되어 상기 커플링의 일측에 배치된 스프링 지지판과; 상기 스프링 지지판과 커플링의 사이에 개재되어 탄성력으로 커플링을 웜기어측으로 밀어붙여 가동 치형을 커플링 치형에 결합시키는 복수개의 커플링 스프링과; 상기 도어 구동축의 일단에 축방향으로 자유롭게 이동가능하게 삽입되어 선단이 상기 커플링 결합핀에 접해 있는 커플링 해제용 작동핀과; 상기 도어 구동축의 일단에 나사 결합되어 회전 방향에 따라 커플링 해제용 작동핀을 진퇴 운동시켜 커플링과 웜기어의 치형 결합을 연결 및 해제시키는 제1 커플링 조작축과; 상기 도어 구동축의 타단에 축방향으로 이동가능하게 삽입되어 상기 커플링 결합핀과 장공을 통해 연결되어 진퇴 이동방향에 따라 커플링과 웜기어의 치형 결합을 연결 및 해제시키는 제2 커플링 조작축;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
