MORTISE LOCK EASY TO INSTALL FOR GENERAL PURPOSE DIGITAL DOORLOCK
The present invention relates to a mortise lock for a general-purpose digital door lock capable of being installed easily, which is installed on the door of a residence facility or various business facilities. More specifically, disclosed is a mortise lock for a general-purpose digital door lock capable of being installed easily, wherein the mortise lock has the function of automatically converting the direction setting of a latch bolt between a right-hand mode and a left-hand mode and is appropriate for not only a general digital door lock but also a push-pull digital door lock for pushing and pulling a door. An installation process is facilitated as the present invention can be installed without a specific direction setting operation in a right-hand direction or a left-hand direction and can be used conveniently. Smooth operation is secured and a malfunction rate can be reduced greatly as a first cam and a second cam of a panic lever which is rotated by the rotation of an inner handle, drive a deadbolt lever regardless of a rotating direction to immerse a deadbolt, side pressure is not applied on the deadbolt even in the case of the push-pull digital door lock, in which an inner handle is operated while a user pushes or pulls a door, and the deadbolt does not come into contact with a striker. Usage is convenient as the door can be opened smoothly by the immersion of the deadbolt and the rotation of the latch bolt even though the inner handle may be rotated in any direction.
본 발명은 주로 주거시설이나 각종 업무시설의 출입문에 설치되는 설치가 용이한 범용 디지털 도어록용 모티스락에 관한 것으로, 특히 좌수 모드 및 우수 모드로의 방향 자동으로 이루어지는 래치볼트 방향 설정 자동 변환 기능을 가지며 일반적인 디지털 도어록은 물론 문을 밀거나 당기는 푸쉬풀 디지털 도어록에 적합한 설치가 용이한 범용 디지털 도어록용 모티스락을 개시한다. 본 발명은 좌수나 우수 어느 방향으로든지 특별한 방향 세팅 작업 없이 설치하여 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 것이므로 시공 작업이 용이하게 되고 내부 핸들의 회동으로 회전하는 패닉레버의 제1캠과 제2캠이 회동방향에 무관하게 데드볼트레버를 구동시켜 데드볼트를 몰입시킴과 아울러, 사용자가 문을 밀거나 당기면서 내부 핸들을 조작하는 푸쉬풀 디지털 도어록의 경우에도 데드볼트가 아무런 측압을 받지 않아 스트라이커와 접찰되지 않으므로 원활한 작동이 보장되는 것이고 고장 발생률을 크게 낮추어 줄 수 있게 되는 효과가 있으며, 내부 핸들을 어느 방향으로 회전시키더라도 데드볼트의 몰입 및 래치볼트의 회동으로 문이 원활하게 개방될 수 있으므로 사용이 편리하게 되는 유용한 효과가 있다.
