A RAINWATER PIPE FOR PREVENTING NOISE AND FREEZE.
The present invention relates to a noiseproof and frostproof rainwater pipe and, more specifically, to a noiseproof and frostproof rainwater pipe capable of reducing noise caused by rainwater falling and flowing inside a pipe body and preventing itself from freezing by including an absorption member made with a fabric absorbing the falling water inside the pipe body, and a heating coil. To achieve the same, the present invention provides a rainwater pipe including the pipe body installed in a longitudinal direction of a high-rise apartment building and discharging rainwater on a roof. The noiseproof and frostproof rainwater pipe includes: the absorption member formed in a hollow cylindrical shape in a size corresponding to the inner diameter of the pipe body and made of a material capable of absorbing rainwater; the heating coil installed between the absorption member and the pipe body and preventing the pipe body from freezing; and a coupling means capable of coupling or separating the absorption member to/from the inner circumference of the pipe body. The coupling means includes multiple sliding grooves formed on the inner circumference of the pipe body and open toward the upper side; a ring-shaped body fixated to the upper circumference of the absorption member and formed in a size corresponding to the inner diameter of the pipe body; a sliding protrusion protruding from the circumference of the body and joined to the sliding groove by sliding into the sliding groove; and a handle joined to be rotated a space inside the body.
본 발명은 소음 및 동결방지 우수관에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 관체의 내부에 낙숫물을 흡수할 수 있는 섬유소재의 흡수부재와, 히팅코일을 구성함으로써 낙숫물에 의한 소음을 저감하고 동절기에도 관체가 결빙되지 않도록 한 소음 및 동결방지 우수관에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 고층 공동주택의 높이 방향으로 설치되어 옥상의 빗물을 배수시키는 관체를 포함하는 우수관에 있어서, 상기 관체의 내주면에 관체의 높이 방향으로 설치되되, 관체의 내경에 대응되는 중공(中空)의 원통형으로 이루어지며 낙숫물을 흡수할 수 있는 재질로 이루어진 흡수부재;상기 흡수부재와 관체 사이에 설치되어, 관체가 결빙되는 것을 방지하는 히팅코일;상기 흡수부재를 관체의 내주면에 탈착시키는 탈착수단:을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 탈착수단은, 상기 관체의 내주면에 형성되되, 상방을 향해 개구된 복수의 슬라이딩홈;상기 흡수부재의 상단부 둘레에 고정되며, 관체의 내경에 대응된 링 형태의 몸체;상기 몸체의 둘레면에 돌출 형성되며, 상기 슬라이딩홈으로 슬라이딩 되어 결합되는 슬라이딩 돌기;상기 몸체 사이의 공간에 회동 가능하게 결합된 손잡이:를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 및 동결방지 우수관을 제공한다.
