SCAFFOLD UNIT AND SCAFFOLD ASSEMBLY HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a unit scaffold and a scaffold structure in which unit scaffolds are assembled. The unit scaffold includes: four vertical pipes located to be individually vertical to four vertexes of a rectangle; four upper horizontal pipes forming the rectangle by connecting the two vertical pipes adjacent to each other; four lower horizontal pipes located on the same plane and forming the rectangle by connecting the two vertical pipes adjacent to each other; four inclined connection members connecting the two vertical pips adjacent to each other and located to be inclined in the two vertical pipes; and connection units installed at a part in which at least two among the vertical pipe, the upper horizontal pipe, the lower horizontal pipe, and the inclined connection member and fixing or loosening the at least two by connecting the at least two. According to the present invention, the unit scaffold enables a worker to easily and simply conduct a scaffold installation work and a scaffold dismantling work and can improve structural strength of a scaffold.
본 발명은 단위 비계 및 그것들을 조립한 비계구조물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 사각형의 네 개 꼭지점들에 각각 수직 방향으로 위치하도록 배치되는 네 개의 수직파이프들; 동일 평면상에 위치하며, 서로 인접하는 두 개의 상기 수직파이프들을 서로 연결하여 사각형을 이루는 네 개의 상부 수평파이프들; 동일 평면상에 위치하며, 서로 인접하는 두 개의 상기 수직파이프들을 서로 연결하여 사각형을 이루는 네 개의 하부 수평파이프들; 서로 인접하는 두 개의 상기 수직파이프들을 서로 연결하되, 상기 두 개의 수직파이프들에 경사지게 위치하는 네 개의 경사연결부재들; 및 상기 수직파이프, 상부 수평파이프, 하부 수평파이프, 그리고 경사연결부재 중 적어도 두 개가 연결되는 부분에 구비되어 적어도 두 개를 서로 연결하여 고정시키거나 그 고정을 해제 가능하게 하는 연결유닛들;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 비계 설치 작업 및 해체 작업이 쉽고 간단하고, 또한 비계의 구조적 강도를 높이게 되는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a unit scaffold and a scaffold structure in which unit scaffolds are assembled.
