SCAFFOLD UNIT ASSEMBLEY AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SYSTEM SCAFFOLD HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a lightweight scaffold unit assembly and a method of assembling a system scaffold having the same. The lightweight scaffold unit assembly comprises: an upper rail which includes a first connection pin coupled at one end thereof to be vertically movable, a second connection pin coupled at the other end thereof to be vertically movable, and first and second coupling holes provided to be adjacent to the first and second connection pins, respectively; an inclined member which is longer than the upper rail, and includes a third connection hole provided at one end thereof, a fourth connection hole provided at the other end thereof, and a fifth connection hole spaced from the fourth connection hole; a first fastening member which is separably coupled to pass through the first connection hole of the upper rail and the third connection hole of the inclined member, and fastens the upper rail and the inclined member; and a second fastening member which is separably coupled to pass through the second connection hole of the upper rail and the fourth connection hole of the inclined member, and fastens the upper rail and the inclined member. The lightweight scaffold unit assembly facilitates safe installation work, requires less time for assembly and disassembly, is easy to transport, and simplifies the installation process.
본 발명은 경량형 비계단위어셈블리 및 그것을 구비한 시스템 비계 조립방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 한쪽 단부에 제1 연결핀이 상하 움직임 가능하게 결합되고 다른 한쪽 단부에 제2 연결핀이 상하 움직임 가능하게 결합되고 상기 제1,2 연결핀에 각각 인접하게 제1,2 결합구멍이 구비된 상부난간대; 상기 상부난간대보다 길이가 길며, 한쪽 단부에 제3 결합구멍이 구비되고 다른 한쪽에 제4 결합구멍이 구비되고 상기 제4 결합구멍과 간격을 두고 다른 한쪽 단부에 구비되는 제5 결합구멍이 구비된 경사부재; 상기 상부난간대의 제1 결합구멍과 경사부재의 제3 결합구멍을 관통하도록 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상부난간대와 경사부재를 체결하는 제1 체결부재; 및 상기 상부난간대의 제2 결합구멍과 경사부재의 제4 결합구멍을 관통하도록 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상부난간대와 경사부재를 체결하는 제2 체결부재를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 설치작업이 안전할 뿐만 아니라 설치 및 해체 시간이 적게 소요되고, 운반이 쉽고 설치 작업이 간단하다.

The present invention relates to a lightweight scaffold unit assembly and a method of assembling a system scaffold having the same. The lightweight scaffold unit assembly comprises: an upper rail which includes a first connection pin coupled at one end thereof to be vertically movable, a second connection pin coupled at the other end thereof to be vertically movable, and first and second coupling holes provided to be adjacent to the first and second connection pins, respectively; an inclined member which is longer than the upper rail, and includes a third connection hole provided at one end thereof, a fourth connection hole provided at the other end thereof, and a fifth connection hole spaced from the fourth connection hole; a first fastening member which is separably coupled to pass through the first connection hole of the upper rail and the third connection hole of the inclined member, and fastens the upper rail and the inclined member; and a second fastening member which is separably coupled to pass through the second connection hole of the upper rail and the fourth connection hole of the inclined member, and fastens the upper rail and the inclined member. The lightweight scaffold unit assembly facilitates safe installation work, requires less time for assembly and disassembly, is easy to transport, and simplifies the installation process.
본 발명은 경량형 비계단위어셈블리 및 그것을 구비한 시스템 비계 조립방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 한쪽 단부에 제1 연결핀이 상하 움직임 가능하게 결합되고 다른 한쪽 단부에 제2 연결핀이 상하 움직임 가능하게 결합되고 상기 제1,2 연결핀에 각각 인접하게 제1,2 결합구멍이 구비된 상부난간대; 상기 상부난간대보다 길이가 길며, 한쪽 단부에 제3 결합구멍이 구비되고 다른 한쪽에 제4 결합구멍이 구비되고 상기 제4 결합구멍과 간격을 두고 다른 한쪽 단부에 구비되는 제5 결합구멍이 구비된 경사부재; 상기 상부난간대의 제1 결합구멍과 경사부재의 제3 결합구멍을 관통하도록 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상부난간대와 경사부재를 체결하는 제1 체결부재; 및 상기 상부난간대의 제2 결합구멍과 경사부재의 제4 결합구멍을 관통하도록 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상부난간대와 경사부재를 체결하는 제2 체결부재를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 설치작업이 안전할 뿐만 아니라 설치 및 해체 시간이 적게 소요되고, 운반이 쉽고 설치 작업이 간단하다.
