MANUFACTURING METHOD OF AN NON-GLAZED EARTHENWARE WITH BREATHABILITY AND THE MANUFACTURED EARTHENWARE
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing unglazed earthenware having air-permeability and earthenware manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing the unglazed earthenware comprises: a first step of aging base clay in which with respect to 20 parts by weight of pottery clay, 60-80 parts by weight of red clay, 5-9 parts by weight of a palm branch material, and 2-4 parts by weight of a pine tree material are mixed; a second step of making and trimming an earthenware mold by using the base clay to dry the earthenware mold in shade; and a third step of putting the earthenware mold in a kiln to fire and then cool the earthenware mold. The present invention provides earthenware manufactured by the above-described method. In the method for manufacturing the unglazed earthenware having air-permeability and the earthenware manufactured by the same according to the present invention, unlike a pottery product containing a chemical material such as conventional pottery coated with kaolin and glaze, which are harmful to a human body and expensive, and then fired, the earthenware is made of only a material derived from a natural material, which is totally harmless to the human body, and does not cause environmental pollution in air, water, and soil to remarkably reduce a manufacturing cost of the earthenware, have Korean traditional natural beauty and beautiful appearance not to be bored, and have high strength because the earthenware is fired in the kiln at a temperature greater than that of Silla pottery.
본 발명은 통기성을 갖춘 무유약 토기의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조된 토기에 관한 것으로, 옹기토 20중량부에 대하여, 황토 60 ~ 80중량부, 성지가지재 5 ~ 9중량부, 소나무재 2 ~ 4중량부를 혼합한 태토를 숙성시키는 제1단계; 상기 태토로 토기 성형물을 빚고 다듬어 그늘에서 건조시키는 제2단계; 상기 토기 성형물을 가마 안에 넣고 소성하고 냉각시키는 제3단계;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통기성을 갖춘 무유약 토기의 제조방법과, 그 방법에 의해 제조된 토기를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 통기성을 갖춘 무유약 토기의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조된 토기는 기존의 인체에 유해하고 값이 비싼 고령토와 유약을 입혀 구운 도자기 등의 화학물질을 함유한 도자기 제품과는 달리 대기, 수질, 토양 등의 환경오염을 일으키지 않고, 인체에 전혀 무해한 천연재료를 채취하여 얻어진 물질로만 토기를 제조함으로서 토기의 제조 비용 절감을 꽤 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 한국적인 자연미와 더불어 표면이 미려해 실증이 없고 신라토기보다 높은 온도의 가마에 구워지므로 강도 역시 높은 장점이 있다.
