RAIL ASSEMBLY FOR MULTIPLE SLIDING DOORS
The present invention relates to a rail assembly for an inner door installed in multiple sliding doors. More specifically, the present invention relates to the rail assembly for an inner door, firmly fixating a fixture and simplifying a cross-sectional structure of a rail and the fixture. According to the present invention, the rail assembly for an inner door comprises: a rail (10) disposed in an upper end of an inner door (51); a pulley (24) installed in both ends of the rail (10); a slide block (22) installed in both ends of the rail (10); a coupling groove (232) coupled to a coupling rod (60) installed on both sides of an upper end of the inner door (51); and the fixture (21) to be coupled to the rail (10).
본 발명은 다중 미닫이문의 중문에 설치되는 중문용 레일결합체에 관한 것으로, 특히 레일과 장착구 간의 결합방식을 개선하여 장착구의 결합이 용이하고, 장착구의 고정이 견고하게 하며, 레일 및 장착구의 단면구조를 간소화할 수 있으며, 레일을 제조하는 재료의 양을 감소시킬 수 있는 구조를 갖춘 중문용 레일결합체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 중문용 레일결합체는, 중문(51)의 상단에 배치되는 레일(10)과, 상기 레일(10)의 양단에 설치되어 와이어(40)를 연결하는 풀리(24), 상기 레일(10)의 양단에 설치되어 메인레일(R)의 레일홈(1)을 따라 이송하는 슬라이드블록(22), 중문(51)의 상단 양측에 설치되는 결합봉(60)에 결합되는 결합홈(232), 상기 풀리(24), 슬라이드블록(22), 결합홈(232)을 일체로 구성할 수 있는 장착구(21)를 구비하여 레일(10)에 결합되는 중문용 레일결합체에 있어서, 상기 중문용 레일결합체의 레일(10)과 장착구(21)의 결합은, 상기 레일(10)의 양단에 삽입공(A1)을 형성하고, 상기 장착구(21)는 저면으로부터 하방으로 돌출되어 레일(10)의 삽입공(A1)에 장착구(21)를 수직으로 삽입시 삽입공(A1)을 등반하면서 통과한 후 탄성에 의해 삽입공(A1)으로부터 외면으로 돌출되어 걸려지는 다수의 걸림돌기(A2)를 형성하며, 상기 걸림돌기(A2)의 상부에는 장착구(21)의 몸체로부터 돌출되어 걸림돌기(A2)가 삽입공(A1)에 걸려질 때 삽입공(A1)의 상면에 접촉되어 걸려지는 걸림편(A3)을 형성하여서, 레일(10)의 삽입공(A1) 상면에 장착구(21)를 대고 누르면 딸각하고 걸려져 원터치로 결합 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a rail assembly for an inner door installed in multiple sliding doors. More specifically, the present invention relates to the rail assembly for an inner door, firmly fixating a fixture and simplifying a cross-sectional structure of a rail and the fixture. 본 발명은 다중 미닫이문의 중문에 설치되는 중문용 레일결합체에 관한 것으로, 특히 레일과 장착구 간의 결합방식을 개선하여 장착구의 결합이 용이하고, 장착구의 고정이 견고하게 하며, 레일 및 장착구의 단면구조를 간소화할 수 있으며, 레일을 제조하는 재료의 양을 감소시킬 수 있는 구조를 갖춘 중문용 레일결합체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 중문용 레일결합체는, 중문(51)의 상단에 배치되는 레일(10)과, 상기 레일(10)의 양단에 설치되어 와이어(40)를 연결하는 풀리(24), 상기 레일(10)의 양단에 설치되어 메인레일(R)의 레일홈(1)을 따라 이송하는 슬라이드블록(22), 중문(51)의 상단 양측에 설치되는 결합봉(60)에 결합되는 결합홈(232), 상기 풀리(24), 슬라이드블록(22), 결합홈(232)을 일체로 구성할 수 있는 장착구(21)를 구비하여 레일(10)에 결합되는 중문용 레일결합체에 있어서, 상기 중문용 레일결합체의 레일(10)과 장착구(21)의 결합은, 상기 레일(10)의 양단에 삽입공(A1)을 형성하고, 상기 장착구(21)는 저면으로부터 하방으로 돌출되어 레일(10)의 삽입공(A1)에 장착구(21)를 수직으로 삽입시 삽입공(A1)을 등반하면서 통과한 후 탄성에 의해 삽입공(A1)으로부터 외면으로 돌출되어 걸려지는 다수의 걸림돌기(A2)를 형성하며, 상기 걸림돌기(A2)의 상부에는 장착구(21)의 몸체로부터 돌출되어 걸림돌기(A2)가 삽입공(A1)에 걸려질 때 삽입공(A1)의 상면에 접촉되어 걸려지는 걸림편(A3)을 형성하여서, 레일(10)의 삽입공(A1) 상면에 장착구(21)를 대고 누르면 딸각하고 걸려져 원터치로 결합 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
