WATERPROOF METHOD FOR PAVEMENT
A waterproofing method for pavement of a road according to the present invention comprises: an improved asphalt preparing step of putting improved asphalt into a container which can be heated to prepare the improved asphalt; a resin preparing step of putting epoxy resin into a container which can be heated to prepare the epoxy resin; a heating step of heating the improved asphalt and the epoxy resin; and a waterproof layer forming step of feeding the heated improved asphalt and the heated epoxy resin to a spraying device (40) via different nozzles (50), crossing the improved asphalt and the epoxy resin at a ratio of 5.5-6.5 to 3.5-4.5 in a spraying hole of the spraying device (40) to mix and spray the improved asphalt and the epoxy resin onto the upper surface of a bottom layer (10), paved with asphalt concrete, for forming a waterproof layer (20). Then, the present invention further includes: an asphalt concrete placing step of placing the asphalt concrete on the upper surface of the waterproof layer (20) to form an asphalt concrete layer (30); and a curing step of curing the waterproof layer (20), paved in a liquid phase at room temperature, by the heat of the asphalt concrete layer (30) formed on the upper surface of the waterproof layer (20). The waterproofing method for pavement of the road according to the present invention can maximize an interlayer coupling force between the bottom layer, the waterproof layer and the asphalt concrete layer. In addition, the present invention can make the waterproof layer play roles of a tack coat and a primer coat simultaneously to simplify the conventional three step procedure for forming a waterproof layer, a tack coat layer and a primer coat layer, thereby reducing period for asphalt pavement construction and saving construction costs.
본 발명에 의한 도로 포장용 방수방법은 개질아스팔트를 가열할 수 있는 용기에 담아 준비하는 개질아스팔트 준비단계; 에폭시레진을 가열할 수 있는 용기에 담아 준비하는 레진준비단계; 개질아스팔트와 에폭시레진을 가열하는 가열단계; 및 가열된 개질아스팔트와 에폭시레진이 서로 다른 노즐(50)을 통해 분사장치(40)로 이송되고, 분사장치(40)의 분사구에서 개질아스팔트와 에폭시레진이 5.5 ~ 6.5 : 3.5 ~ 4.5 비율로 상호 교차 되어 아스팔트콘크리트가 포설되는 저면층(10) 상면에 혼합분사되어 방수층(20)을 형성하는 방수층형성단계;를 포함한다. 이 후, 방수층(20)의 상면에 아스팔트콘크리트를 타설하여 아스팔트콘크리트층(30)을 형성하는 아스팔트콘크리트 타설단계; 상온에서 액상으로 도포 되어 있는 방수층(20)이 방수층(20) 상면에 형성되는 아스팔트콘크리트층(30)의 열에 의해 경화되는 경화단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명의 도포 포장용 방수방법은 저면층, 방수층 그리고 아스팔트콘크리트층의 층간 결합력을 극대화시킬 수 있다. 또한, 방수층이 텍코트와 프라이머코트의 역활을 동시에 수행하기 때문에 방수층, 텍코트층, 프라이머코트층의 3단계로 진행되는 기존 공정을 간소화할 수 있고, 이로 인해 아스팔트포장공사의 공기를 단축하고, 공사비를 절감할 수 있다.
