WATERPROOFING ADMIXTURE COMPOSITION FOR CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a waterproofing agent composition for mixing concrete which has abrasion resistance by using metakaolin with high reactivity, wherein the waterproofing agent composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of the composition, 55 to 75 parts by weight of fly-ash or slag having pozzolanic activity; 6 to 12 parts by weight of silica-fume; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a redispersible powder resin; 6 to 12 parts by weight of higher fatty acid-based metallic salts; 4 to 9 parts by weight of a water-reducing agent with high efficiency; and 6 to 12 parts by weight of metakaolin. The waterproofing agent composition has not only improved waterproof properties but also improved abrasion resistance.
고반응성 메타카올린(Metakaolin)을 사용한 마모저항성이 있는 콘크리트 혼입용 구체방수재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 조성물 100중량부에 대하여 포졸란 활성을 갖는 플라이애쉬(fly-ash) 또는 슬래그(slag) 55 내지 75중량부, 실리카흄(silica-fume) 6 내지 12중량부, 재분산성 분말 수지 0.5 내지 5중량부, 고급지방산계 금속염 6 내지 12중량부, 고성능 감수제 4 내지 9중량부, 메타카올린(metakaolin) 6 내지 12중량부를 포함하는 구성을 마련하여, 방수성뿐만 아니라 마모저항성까지 증대시킬 수 있다.
