WATERPROOFING COMPOSITION HAVING WATERPROOFING ADMIXTURE AND REPAIRING METHOD OF CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION USING THE COMPOSITION
In the present invention, disclosed are a waterproof composition with a waterproof admixture, which has outstanding permeability, long-term durability and excellent waterproof properties due to magnetorheological properties so as to be used in a structure under water pressure, and a repairing method of a concrete structure using the same. The waterproof composition includes 5-55 wt% of a cement binder and 45-95 wt% of a waterproof admixture wherein the waterproof admixture includes 40-98 wt% of acrylic emulsion, 1-15 wt% of butyl acrylate, 0.1-15 wt% of phthalate acid ester emulsion, 0.1-15 wt% of epoxy emulsion, 0.1-15 wt% of polyoxyethylene octylphenyl ether emulsion, and 0.1-10 wt% of silane. The waterproof composition including the waterproof admixture is applied to a removed part of a damaged area.
침투력이 뛰어나고 내구성을 유지하는 기간이 길며, 수압이 작용하는 구조물에 적용할 수 있도록 자기 유동성에 의한 방수성이 우수한 방수성 혼화제를 포함하는 방수용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수방법을 제시한다. 그 조성물 및 방법은 시멘트 결합재 5~55중량% 및 방수성 혼화제 45~95중량%를 포함하고, 방수성 혼화제는 아크릴 에멀젼 40~98중량%, 부틸아크릴레이트 수지 1~15중량%, 프탈산 에스테르 에멀젼 0.1~15중량%, 에폭시 에멀젼 0.1~15중량%, 폴리옥시에틸렌 옥티페닐 에테르 에멀젼 0.1~15중량% 및 실란 0.1~10중량%를 포함하는 방수성 혼화제를 포함하는 방수성 조성물을 손상부위의 제거된 부위에 도포한다.
