SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VENTILATION AND REHABILITATION OF SUPERANNUATED PIPES
The present invention relates to a system for ventilating and rehabilitating a decrepit water pipe which allows a worker to safely and efficiently perform rehabilitation work when the worker enters a pipe line to remove certain foreign substances from a decrepit inner wall of the pipe line. The system for ventilating and rehabilitating a decrepit water pipe comprises: a door assembly (3200) which is mounted on one side and the other side of a pipe line having an air supply cut unit (110) and an exhaust cut unit (120) to form a rehabilitation section, and forms an entrance; an air supply unit (1000) to control humidity and a temperature in the pipe line through the air supply cut unit of the door assembly to supply air; and an exhaust unit (2000) to purify dust in the air from inside the pipe line through the exhaust cut unit of the door assembly to discharge the air to the atmosphere. The air whose humidity is decreased by the air supply unit propagates in the pipe line, contains moisture in the pipe line and dust produced while removing a coating material, and is collected into the exhaust unit.
본 발명은 작업자가 내부로 진입하여 관로의 노후 내벽에 대하여 소정의 이물질들을 제거하는 과정에서 안전하고 효율적인 갱생작업이 가능하도록 하는 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 갱생구간을 형성할 수 있도록 급기절개부(110)와 배기절개부(120)가 형성된 관로 일측과 타측에 각각 결합되고 출입구를 형성하는 도어조립체(3200), 상기 급기절개부의 도어조립체를 통하여 관로 내부에 습도와 온도를 제어하여 공기를 공급하는 급기유니트(1000) 및 상기 배기절개부의 도어조립체를 통하여 관로 내부로부터의 공기에서 분진을 정화하여 대기로 배출하는 배기유니트(2000)를 포함하며, 상기 급기유니트로에 의하여 습도가 저하된 공기는 관로 내부를 진행하면서 내부의 수분과 도장재 제거 작업 중에 발생된 분진을 함유하여 배기유니트로 수집되는 노후 상수도관의 환기 및 갱생시스템을 제공한다.
