HEAD FOR REHABILITATION ROBOT OF REGENERATING SUPERANNUATED PIPES
The present invention relates to a head part for an old pipe regeneration device, comprising: a first rotating means (100) that rotates in a forward direction to scrape off and separate and remove a scale adsorbed on an inner diameter of a pipe (10); and a second rotating means (200) that rotates in a reverse direction to sweep and remove the scale separated and removed by the first rotating means (100). The first rotating means (100) and the second rotating means (200) rotate adjacently and alternately so that a traveling direction thereof does not lean to one side. In case of contact with an obstacle attached to the inner wall of the pipe (10), the head part is elastically bent, thereby capable of regenerating old pipes regardless of the obstacle.
본 발명은, 정방향으로 회전하여 관로(10)의 내경에 흡착된 스케일을 긁어내어 분리제거하는 제1회전수단(100), 및 역방향으로 회전하여 제1회전수단(100)에 의해 분리제거된 스케일을 쓸어내어 제거하는 제2회전수단(200)을 포함하여, 제1회전수단(100)과 제2회전수단(200)이 인접하여 교차회전하여서 진행방향이 한쪽으로 쏠리지 않도록 하고, 관로(10)의 내벽에 부착된 장애물과의 접촉시 탄성적으로 젖혀지도록 하여 장애물에 구애받지 않고 갱생하도록 하는 노후 관로 갱생장치용 헤드부를 개시한다.
