HEADED RIB PRECAST CONCRETE SLAB AND CONNECTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to: a headed rib half precast concrete slab which includes a horizontal rib and a hollow part in order to form the hollow part using vertical ribs and the horizontal rib by forming the vertical ribs and the horizontal rib connecting the vertical ribs in the upper side in a single united body. A desirable embodiment of the headed rib half precast concrete slab, having the horizontal rib and the hollow part, comprises: a flat board which is formed in a board shape; a lateral end rib which is formed in a longitudinal direction by protruding upwards from both horizontal end parts of the upper side of the flat board; a plurality of central ribs which is formed in a longitudinal direction by protruding upwards from each separated point at a predetermined distance in both horizontal end parts of the upper side of the flat board; a central horizontal rib at the longitudinal center of the flat board to connect the lateral end rib with the plurality of central ribs in a horizontal direction; and a lateral horizontal rib which is formed to have the hollow part between the central horizontal ribs by being formed to connect the lateral end rib with the plurality of central ribs in a horizontal direction by being separated at a predetermined distance from the central horizontal rib to both horizontal sides of the flat board.
본 발명은 상면에 다수개의 종방향 리브와 종방향 리브를 연결하는 횡방향 리브를 일체로 구성하여 종방향 리브와 횡방향 리브에 의하여 중공부를 형성하도록 하는 횡방향 리브 및 중공부가 형성된 역 리브 하프 피씨 슬래브 및 역 리브 하프 피씨 슬래브의 폭방향 연결방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 횡방향 리브 및 중공부가 형성된 역 리브 하프 피씨 슬래브의 바람직한 일 실시예는 판 형상으로 된 평판과; 평판의 상부면의 폭방향 양측단부에 상부로 돌출하여 길이방향으로 형성되는 측단부 리브와; 평판의 상부면의 폭방향 양측단부에서 일정거리 이격된 지점마다 상부로 돌출하여 길이방향으로 형성되는 복수개의 중앙부 리브와; 평판의 길이방향 중앙부에서 측단부 리브 및 복수개의 중앙부 리브를 상호 횡방향으로 연결하도록 구성되는 중앙부 횡리브와; 중앙부 횡리브에서 평판의 길이방향 양측으로 일정 거리 이격되어 측단부 리브 및 복수개의 중앙부 리브를 상호 횡방향으로 연결하도록 형성되어, 중앙부 횡리브와의 사이에 중공부를 형성하도록 구성되는 측부 횡리브;를 포함하여 이루어진다.

본 발명은 상면에 다수개의 종방향 리브와 종방향 리브를 연결하는 횡방향 리브를 일체로 구성하여 종방향 리브와 횡방향 리브에 의하여 중공부를 형성하도록 하는 횡방향 리브 및 중공부가 형성된 역 리브 하프 피씨 슬래브 및 역 리브 하프 피씨 슬래브의 폭방향 연결방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 횡방향 리브 및 중공부가 형성된 역 리브 하프 피씨 슬래브의 바람직한 일 실시예는 판 형상으로 된 평판과; 평판의 상부면의 폭방향 양측단부에 상부로 돌출하여 길이방향으로 형성되는 측단부 리브와; 평판의 상부면의 폭방향 양측단부에서 일정거리 이격된 지점마다 상부로 돌출하여 길이방향으로 형성되는 복수개의 중앙부 리브와; 평판의 길이방향 중앙부에서 측단부 리브 및 복수개의 중앙부 리브를 상호 횡방향으로 연결하도록 구성되는 중앙부 횡리브와; 중앙부 횡리브에서 평판의 길이방향 양측으로 일정 거리 이격되어 측단부 리브 및 복수개의 중앙부 리브를 상호 횡방향으로 연결하도록 형성되어, 중앙부 횡리브와의 사이에 중공부를 형성하도록 구성되는 측부 횡리브;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
