PRECAST CONCRETE SEGMENTS APPLIED TO THE FRAMING UNIT SET
The present invention relates to a precast concrete segment which applies a frame unit set. The precast concrete segment of forming a tunnel wall (lining) when excavating a cut-and-cover tunnel or a tunnel using TBM comprises: a main body formed by depositing concrete; and one or more frame units arranged in a width direction of the main body and formed in a set to connect an adjacent precast concrete segment when a plurality of precast concrete segments are successively arranged by being arranged to be buried in the main body. The frame unit comprises: one or more first main reinforcements arranged by being extended in a longitudinal direction of the main body; one or more second main reinforcements formed in a length same as the first main reinforcement, and arranged to be separated at a set interval on a lower side of the first main reinforcement; one or more lattices which connects the first main reinforcement with the second main reinforcement, and are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the first and second main reinforcements; and combination plates fixated by being in contact with both end parts of the first and second main reinforcements.
본 발명은, 세트화된 골조유닛을 적용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 세그먼트에 관한 것으로서, 개착식 터널 또는 TBM을 이용한 터널 굴착 시, 터널 벽(lining)을 형성하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 세그먼트에 있어서, 콘크리트가 타설되어 형성되며, 몸체; 상기 몸체의 폭 방향을 따라 하나 또는 복수 개 배치되되, 상기 몸체의 내부에 매립되도록 배치되어 복수 개의 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 세그먼트가 연속적으로 배치될 때 이웃하는 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 세그먼트를 연결하도록 세트화된 골조유닛을 포함하며, 상기 골조유닛은, 상기 몸체의 길이 방향을 따라 연장 형성되어 하나 또는 복수 개 배치되는 제1 주근; 상기 제1 주근과 동일한 길이로 형성되고, 상기 제1 주근의 하측에 설정 간격 이격되어 하나 또는 복수 개 배치되는 제2 주근; 상기 제1 주근 및 상기 제2 주근을 연결하며, 상기 제1 주근 및 상기 제2 주근의 길이 방향을 따라 하나 또는 복수 개 구비되는 래티스; 및 상기 제1 주근 및 상기 제2 주근의 양 단부에 접하여 고정되는 결합 플레이트들을 포함한다.
