SOIL GUARD STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an earth retaining wall structure and a construction method thereof, and more desirably, to an earth retaining wall structure and a construction method which buries an H beam underground at intervals to install the earth retaining wall structure to support earth pressure during earth excavation or banking of all sorts of construction sites, and prevents a steel pate inserted among H beams from moving or escaping from the H beam. The earth retaining wall structure of the present invention includes: the H beam (40) attached with a guide protrusion (70); a steel plate guide rail (60) which forms a bent groove (62) at an end of a bent part (61) bent in a square C shape at both sides around the center by being fastened to a fastening hole (90) at both sides of the H beam (40); and the steel plate (50) which forms a bent protrusion (51) by bending both ends to have the square C shape to be inserted into the ground by being inserted into the steel plate guide rail (60) of the H beam (40) installed at intervals from the H beam (50) and is installed with an industrial diamond (30) at a lower part thereof. In order to prevent separation and movement of the steel plate (50) inserted between the H beam (40) and the H beam (40), the guide protrusion (70) and the insertion groove (52) are combined together. The guide protrusion (70) is formed in a longitudinal direction on an inner surface of flanges (11, 12) of the H beam (40). The insertion groove (52) is formed in a longitudinal direction at both sides of a rear of the steel sheet (50) in order to insert and fixate the guide protrusion (70).
본 발명은 흙막이 벽체 구조 및 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 각종 공사현장의 지반 굴착이나 성토시 토압을 지탱하기 위한 흙막이 구조물을 설치하기 위하여 간격을 두면서 H형강재를 지반에 매설하고, H형강재와 H형강재 사이에 삽입되는 강판이 H형강재에서 이탈되거나 유동되는 것을 방지하기 위한 흙막이 벽체 구조 및 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 그 구성은 안내돌기(70)가 부착된 H형강재(40), 상기 H형강재(40)의 웨브(13) 양측면에 체결구(90)로 체결하여 중앙부를 중심으로 양측에 ㄷ자형으로 절곡한 절곡부(61)의 단부측에 절곡홈(62)을 형성한 강판안내가이드레일(60); 상기 H형강재(40)와 간격을 두고 설치된 H형강재(40)의 강판안내가이드레일(60)에 삽입하여 지반에 삽입할수 있게 양단부측을 ㄷ자로 절곡하여 절곡돌기(51)를 형성함과 동시에 하단부측에 공업용다이아몬드(30)가 장착된 강판(50); 을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 H형강재(40)와 H형강재(40) 사이에 삽입되는 강판(50)의 이탈 및 유동을 방지하기 위하여, H형강재(40)의 플랜지(11)(12)의 내면에 각각 길이방향으로 형성된 안내돌기(70); 상기 안내돌기(70)를 삽입하여 고정할 수 있게 강판(50)의 후면 양측에 길이방향으로 형성된 삽입홈(52); 을 결합하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
