PHC pile to facilitate soil guard and construction method of soil guard structure using the same
According to the present invention, a construction method for an earth retaining structure comprises the following steps of: manufacturing PHC piles by arranging, in a mold, steel sheets having a cross section with an arc shape and extending in the longitudinal direction of the PHC piles to be embedded in a front surface of the PHC piles, filling the mold with concrete, and performing molding; forming a plurality of bored holes in a row to be perpendicular to the ground on which an earth retaining structure is to be installed, and inserting the manufactured PHC piles into the bored holes, wherein the PHC piles are inserted such that the steel plates of the PHC piles are placed in front of the PHC piles; removing ground portions such that the front surfaces of PHC piles are exposed and then welding wale support brackets at predetermined heights on the steel plates of the PHC piles; and installing wales on upper portions of the wale support brackets in the horizontal direction of the PHC piles.
본 발명에 따른 흙막이 구조물의 시공방법은 형틀 내부에 단면이 원호형상을 가지고 PHC파일의 길이방향으로 연장형성되는 강판을 PHC파일의 전면에 매립되도록 배치한 다음 상기 형틀 내부를 콘크리트로 충전하고 성형하여 PHC파일을 제조하는 단계와, 흙막이 구조물을 설치할 지반에 수직하게 다수의 천공홀을 일렬로 형성하고, 상기 제조된 PHC파일을 상기 천공홀에 삽입하되, 상기 PHC파일의 강판이 PHC파일의 전방에 오도록 삽입하는 단계와, 상기 PHC파일의 전면이 노출되도록 지반 부분을 제거한 다음 상기 PHC파일의 강판의 일정 높이에 띠장 지지용 브라켓을 각각 용접 결합시키는 단계와, 상기 띠장 지지용 브라켓의 상부에 상기 다수의 PHC파일의 가로방향으로 띠장을 설치하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
