The present invention relates to an excavating and agitating device for improving the ground. The excavating and agitating device for improving the ground comprises a hammer bit and a pneumatic striking means which operates the hammer bit in an excavating and agitating rod to strike the ground to effectively excavate the ground. Also, the excavating and agitating device for improving the ground comprises a means for supplying an improving material to the hammer bit and a means for spraying the improving material from the hammer bit to allow the hammer bit to vertically reciprocate and spray the improving material at a high pressure. Accordingly, the excavating and agitating device for improving the ground can effectively agitate the ground in a vertical and a horizontal direction where the sizes and the specific gravities of crushed ground particles are not uniform such as boulder and rock formations.
본 발명은 지반개량용 굴착 및 교반장치에 관한 것으로서, 굴착교반로드의 내부에 해머비트와 해머비트를 작동시키는 공압형 타격수단이 마련되어 지반을 타격하여 효과적으로 굴착한다. 아울러 해머비트에 개량재료를 공급하는 수단과 해머비트에서 개량재료를 분사하는 수단이 마련되어 해머비트가 상하로 왕복운동 하면서 개량재료를 고압으로 분사할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 통해 전석층 및 암반층과 같이 파쇄된 지반의 입자 크기와 비중이 균일하지 않은 지반도 상하 좌우로 모두 효과적으로 교반할 수 있도록 한다.
