Protective device and installation method for waterworks pipe valve
The present invention relates to a protective device for a water pipe valve and an installation method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to realize an installation method of excavating a manhole bore (44) using an excavator, then sequentially feeding a support plate (10), a main body (8), and a door (12) into the manhole bore (44), and then filling the manhole bore (44) with soil to shorten a work process for protecting a valve (6) mounted on a water pipe (4) and reduce labor costs and material costs. To achieve the objective, the protective device for a water pipe valve comprises: a main body (8) having a passage (20) formed on a middle portion thereof, through which a water pipe (4) horizontally passes, and a connection pipe (16) mounted on an upper end thereof and connected to the ground, wherein a lower portion thereof is opened; a support plate (10) detachably mounted on a lower end of the main body (8) and installed on a bottom of a manhole bore (44); and a door (12) which is detachably mounted on the passage (20), and penetrates and mounts the water pipe (4).
본 발명은 상수도관 밸브용 보호장치 및 설치방법에 관한 것으로써, 그 목적으로는 맨홀공(44)을 포크레인으로 굴착한 다음 받침판(10)과 본체(8)와 도어(12)를 순차적으로 맨홀공(44)에 투입한 후 흙을 매립하는 설치방법의 실현으로, 상수도관(4)에 결합된 밸브(6)를 보호하기 위한 작업공정의 단축과 인건비 및 자재비용의 절감 등을 실현하고자 하는 데에 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 상수도관(4)을 수평으로 통과시키는 통로(20)를 중간부에 형성하고, 상단부에는 지상과 연결되는 연결관(16)을 결합하며, 하부는 개방 형성되는 본체(8); 상기 본체(8)의 하단부에 분리 가능하게 결합 되면서 맨홀공(44) 바닥에 설치되는 받침판(10); 상기 통로(20)에 분리 가능하게 결합 되면서 상수도관(4)을 관통시켜 결합하는 도어(12);로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
