Stand for waterworks pipe valve chamber
The present invention relates to a support base for a water pipe valve chamber. An objective of the present invention is to divide a support plate (2) supporting a Hume pipe (8) into a first, a second, a third, and a fourth block (20, 22, 24, 26), horizontally arrange and assemble the first, the second, the third, and the fourth block (20, 22, 24, 26) to easily store and move the support plate (2), and reduce construction costs by shortening a construction period. To achieve the objective, the support base for a water pipe valve chamber comprises: a Hume pipe (8) vertically installed in a manhole (10) dug and formed below the ground surface and provided with a guide hole (12) penetrating a lower portion thereof; a support body (18) and a manhole cover (16) installed on an upper end of the Hume pipe (8); and a water pipe (4) mounted in the guide hole (12) of the Hume pipe (8) to mount a valve (6), wherein the valve (6) is arranged in the Hume pipe (8). A support plate (2) is horizontally installed on a bottom of the manhole (10) and a circular mounting groove (28) is formed on an upper end. A lower portion of the Hume pipe (8) is inserted and fixed in the mounting groove (28).
본 발명은 상수도관 밸브실용 받침대에 관한 것으로써, 그 목적으로는 흄관(8)을 바쳐주는 받침판(2)을 제1,2,3,4블록(20,22,24,26)으로 나누어 구성 하면서 수평으로 배열하여 조립하는 구조를 실현함으로써, 받침판(2)의 보관 및 이동 등을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 공사기간의 단축 실현에 따른 공사비용을 절감할 수 있도록 하는 데에 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 지면 아래로 파여져 형성되는 맨홀공(10)에 수직으로 설치 되면서 하부에 안내공(12)을 관통 형성하는 흄관(8); 상기 흄관(8) 상단부에 설치되는 받침체(18) 및 맨홀뚜껑(16); 상기 흄관(8)의 안내공(12)에 결합 되면서 밸브(6)를 결합하고, 상기 밸브(6)는 흄관(8) 내부에 배치하는 상수도관(4);으로 된 상수도관 밸브실용 받침대에 있어서, 상기 맨홀공(10)의 바닥에는 받침판(2)이 수평으로 설치 되면서 상단부에 원형 모양의 결합홈(28)을 형성하고, 상기 결합홈(28)에는 흄관(8)의 하부가 끼여져 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
