CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING MOLD MODULE AND MODULE ASSEMBLY FOR ATYPICAL STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a construction method for constructing an atypical structure. The construction method of an atypical structure according to the present invention is a construction method of an atypical structure using a mold assembly, wherein multiple mold modules are connected to one another to form a curved surface structure. The construction method of an atypical structure comprises the steps of: forming two or more mold assemblies by interconnecting two or more mold modules to assemble the mold modules; cutting the ground on which the mold assemblies are to be installed; arranging the mold assemblies on the ground; filling earth, sand or earth and sand between the mold assemblies and the ground and vibration-compacting the filled earth, sand or earth and sand; forming an inner space where the inner surfaces of the mold assemblies are connected to one another, by connecting the mold assemblies, which have been arranged on the ground, to other mold assemblies; and casting concrete into the inner space. The inner space is selectively formed in the shape of a curved surface as the angle of interconnecting the mold modules can be adjusted.
본 발명은 비정형 구조물을 시공하기 위한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 비정형 구조물 시공방법은, 복수의 거푸집 모듈이 상호 연결되어 곡면 구조물을 형성하기 위한 거푸집 어셈블리를 이용한 비정형 구조물 시공방법으로서, 적어도 2개 이상의 거푸집 모듈을 상호 연결하여 거푸집 모듈을 조립하여 둘 이상의 거푸집 어셈블리를 형성하는 단계; 상기 거푸집 어셈블리가 설치되기 위한 지면을 절토하는 단계; 상기 지면에 상기 거푸집 어셈블리를 배치시키는 단계; 상기 거푸집 어셈블리와 상기 지면 사이에 흙, 모래 또는 흙 및 모래를 채우고, 채워진 상기 흙, 모래 또는 흙 및 모래를 진동다짐 하는 단계; 상기 지면에 배치된 상기 거푸집 어셈블리와 다른 거푸집 어셈블리를 연결하여 상기 거푸집 어셈블리의 내면들이 연결된 내부 공간을 형성하는 단계; 상기 내부 공간에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 거푸집 모듈들은 상호 간에 연결된 각도가 조정가능하게 형성되어, 선택적으로 상기 내부공간이 곡면으로 형성되도록 한다.
