Atypical mold module
The present invention relates to an amorphous mold module. According to the present invention, the amorphous mold module comprises: a frame having a forming space in which a curved mold is disposed; an upper mold and a lower mold located inside the forming space of the frame, made of a deformable elastic material, and forming an upper side and a lower side of the curved mold; a fixing module fixing the upper mold and the lower mold in an elastically deformed state, while one end thereof is coupled to the upper mold and the lower mold, and the other end is movably and selectively fixated and coupled to the frame; and a side mold coupled to sides of the upper mold and the lower mold respectively to form the curved mold with the upper mold and the lower mold.
본 발명은 비정형 거푸집 모듈에 관한 것으로 본 발명에 의하면, 내부에 곡면거푸집이 위치하는 형성공간이 형성되는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 형성공간 내부에 위치하고, 변형가능한 탄성재질로 형성되며, 상기 곡면거푸집의 상면 및 하면을 형성하는 상측거푸집 및 하측거푸집; 일단이 상기 상측거푸집 및 하측거푸집에 결합되고, 그 타단이 상기 프레임에 이동가능하고 선택적으로 고정되도록 결합되며, 상기 상측거푸집 및 하측거푸집을 탄성변형된 상태로 고정시키는 고정모듈; 및 상기 상측거푸집 및 하측거푸집의 측면에 각각 결합하여 상기 상측거푸집 및 하측거푸집과 함께 상기 곡면거푸집을 형성하는 측면거푸집을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an amorphous mold module.
