The present invention relates to a jig for assembling a house modular unit. Jigs are respectively manufactured for a rectangular parallelepiped modular unit including a column, a floor beam, and a ceiling beam to manufacture a column member, a floor beam member, and a ceiling beam member through welding and manufacture a modular unit through a jig integrating these members, thereby simplifying the jig to enhance productivity. Also, since the column member is manufactured through a position fixing hole formed in a corner block, the modular unit can be precisely manufactured on the basis of dimensional accuracy. The jig for assembling a house modular unit comprises: a first jig welding an upper side corner block to one end of the column to manufacture a single column member; a second jig disposed to face the single column member manufactured by the first jig in parallel and welding an upper horizontal beam member and a lower horizontal beam member to the single column member to manufacture a set column member; a third jig welding and manufacturing a floor beam member or a ceiling beam member having the same shape; and a fourth jig welding the set column member, the bottom beam member, and the ceiling beam member respectively manufactured by the second jig and the third jig to manufacture a modular unit.
본 발명은 기둥과 바닥보 및 천장보로 이루어지는 직육면체 모듈러 유닛에 대하여 각각의 지그를 제작하여 기둥부재, 바닥보부재, 천장보부재를 용접으로 제작하고 이들 부재를 통합한 지그를 통해 모듈러 유닛을 제작하여 지그의 단순화로 생산성을 향상시키고, 코너 블록(corner block)에 형성된 위치고정홀을 통해 기둥부재를 제작함으로써 치수정밀도에 의한 모듈러 유닛의 정밀 제작을 실현할 수 있도록 하는 주택 모듈러 유닛의 조립용 지그에 관한 것으로, 주택 모듈러 유닛의 조립용 지그는, 기둥의 일단에 상부 측 코너 블록을 용접하여 단일 기둥부재를 제작하는 제1지그와, 상기 제1지그에서 제작된 단일 기둥부재를 서로 마주하여 나란히 배치하고 이 단일 기둥부재에 상부수평보부재와 하부수평보부재를 각각 용접하여 세트 기둥부재를 제작하는 제2지그와, 동일한 형태의 바닥보부재 또는 천장보부재를 각각 용접하여 제작하는 제3지그와, 상기 제2지그 및 제3지그에서 제작된 세트 기둥부재와 바닥보부재 및 천장보부재를 용접하여 모듈러 유닛을 제작하는 제4지그로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
