LOCALLY LIGHT-EMITTING ROAD SIGN DEVICE
Disclosed is a locally light-emitting road sign apparatus. Light guide-based locally light emitting panels configured to locally emit light on a road sign unit formed by characters, numbers, symbols or shapes are independently inserted and installed in an opening of a main board for road sign unit. A road sign unit comprises a sub-board and a feedback reflection sheet stacked and bonded to the each local light emitting panel. A feedback reflection sheet is bonded to the main board to form a background of the road sign unit. If one of the road sign units is out of order, the one can be simply separated, repaired or replaced while leaving the rest. The present invention is capable of facilitating maintenance and repair, and remarkably reducing maintenance and repair costs. The installation costs can be saved and the resources can be recycled since the present invention can be additionally installed to an existing road signboard. The power consumption can be minimized since the present invention provide a local light emitting function allowing local light emitting from road sign units of the entire surface of the light guide panel. Moreover, the separate waterproof work is not necessary when performing maintenance and repair since the local light emitting panel is completely waterproof.
국부발광형 도로표지판 장치가 개시된다. 문자, 숫자, 기호, 또는 도형으로 된 도로표지부만 국부적으로 발광하도록 구성된 도광판 기반 국부 발광 패널들이 메인 기판의 도로표지부용 개구에 각각 독립적으로 삽입 설치된다. 각 국부 발광 패널에는 서브 기판과 재귀반사시트가 적층 접합되어 도로표지 유닛을 구성한다. 메인 기판에도 재귀반사시트가 접합되어 도로표지부의 배경을 구성한다. 도로표지 유닛들 중 어느 하나가 고장이 났을 때 나머지는 그대로 둔 채 그 고장난 것만 간단히 분리하여 수리, 또는 교체하여 재설치할 수 있다. 유지, 보수가 용이하고 유지관리 비용을 크게 줄일 수 있다. 기존 도로표지판 구조물에 부가 설치할 수도 있어, 설치비용의 절감과 자원 재활용 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 발광 패널의 도광판 표면 중 도로표지부에서만 국부적으로 발광하도록 구성되어 있으므로, 전력 소모량을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한, 국부 발광 패널 자체가 완벽한 방수구조로 되어 있기 때문에, 설치 현장에서 유지, 보수를 할 때 방수를 위한 별도의 작업을 할 필요가 없다.
