STEEL STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHODS OF BUILDING AND APARTMENT HOUSES
The present invention relates to a construction method for a steel structure of a building and an apartment house and, more specifically, to a construction method for a steel structure of a building and an apartment house, which can improve construction efficiency by providing a new construction method which can be applied to a steel frame and a steel house structure and enables the construction of a structure having a stable support structure of a wall against a load. Also, the construction method for a steel structure of a building and an apartment house can suppress neutralization of cured concrete as much as possible and extends the structural stability and service life of the structure. The construction method includes: a column construction step; a wall construction step; a horizontal beam construction step; and a slab construction step.
본 발명은 공동주택과 건축물의 철골구조 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 철골조 및 스틸하우스 건축물에 적용 가능한 새로운 시공방법을 제공함으로서 시공효율을 향상시킴과 동시에 하중에 대한 벽체의 안정적인 지지구조를 이루는 건축물이 시공될 수 있도록 하면서 양생된 콘크리트의 중성화를 최대한 억제하여 구조적 안정성 및 수명을 연장하도록 한 공동주택과 건축물의 철골구조 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
