The present invention relates to a method for constructing a steel structure of an apartment building, and more specifically, to a method for constructing a steel structure of an apartment building, which improves construction efficiency and at the same time allows the construction of a structure that forms a stable support structure of a wall against a load. The generation of noise between floors is suppressed and neutralization of the cured concrete is suppressed as much as possible to extend structural stability and life. When an interior material is embedded in the wall of the steel frame, the interior material can be finished simply, easily and quickly by gluing or attaching the interior material by using an adhesive or simply inserting and assembling the interior material without finishing the interior material with silicone.
본 발명은 공동주택 건축물의 철골구조 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 시공효율을 향상시킴과 동시에 하중에 대한 벽체의 안정적인 지지구조를 이루는 건축물이 시공될 수 있도록 하면서 층간 소음 발생을 최대한 억제시킴은 물론 양생된 콘크리트의 중성화를 최대한 억제하여 구조적 안정성 및 수명을 연장하도록 하면서 이렇게 만들어진 철골조의 벽체 내부에 내장재를 내장할 때 접착제를 이용하여 접착하거나 혹은 풀칠하여 부착하거나 혹은 실리콘으로 마감처리하지 않고 단순히 끼워 조립한 후 조여 고정하기만 하면 간단하면서도 쉽고 빠르게 내장재를 마감시공할 수 있도록 개선된 공동주택 건축물의 철골구조 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
