APPARTMENT MASONRY BRICK WALLS COUPLING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a masonry wall connector for an apartment house, which is able to be coupled with a wall while absorbing the installation error of masonry bricks in the middle. The present invention comprises: a fixing bracket (20) which is installed on a wall (10); guide channels (22, 24) which are formed in parallel in a vertical direction at left and right end parts of the fixing bracket (20); a position adjusting plate (30) which is installed in the fixing bracket (20); a reinforcement bead (31) which is formed in a vertical direction from the center of the position adjusting plate (30); front claws (32, 33) and rear claws (34, 35) which are bent to cross each other and repeatedly alternate back and forth while being formed at an interval in a vertical direction at left and right end parts of the position adjusting plate (30) and are guided in the vertical direction by being inserted into the guide channels (22, 24); jam grooves (32g, 33g) which are formed in a gap of the front claws (32, 33); clamps (22b, 24b) which are jammed on the jam grooves (32g, 33g) while being forcibly bent in a facing direction by being formed to be erected toward the front side by picking the middle of the guide channels (22, 24); a hanging hook (50) which is attached horizontally to the position adjusting plate (30); open grooves (42, 44) which are jammed by inserting the hanging hook (50) and are formed on the plane of a masonry brick (40) at a height larger than the diameter of the hanging hook (50); and ring spacers (60, 62, 64) which are closely attached to the inner surface of the open grooves (42, 44) by being individually inserted into the front, left, and right sides of the hanging hook (50) and have eccentric holes (60h, 62h, 64h).
본 발명은 조적벽돌의 설치오차를 중간에서 흡수하면서 벽면에 결속할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 조적벽 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 벽면(10)에 설치되는 고정브래킷(20); 고정브래킷(20)의 좌우측 단부에서 수직방향으로 서로 평행하게 형성되는 가이드채널(22)(24); 고정브래킷(20)에 설치되는 위치조정판(30); 위치조정판(30)의 중앙에서 수직방향으로 형성되는 보강비드(31); 위치조정판(30)의 좌우측 단부에서 상하방향을 따라 간격을 두고 형성되면서 전후방향으로 반복해서 엇갈리게 절곡되고, 가이드채널(22)(24)에 끼워져 상하방향으로 안내되는 전방발톱(32)(33)과 후방발톱(34)(35); 전방발톱(32)(33)의 사이사이에 형성되는 걸림홈(32g)(33g); 가이드채널(22)(24)의 중간을 따내어 전방측을 향해 일으켜 세운 형태로 형성되어 서로 마주보는 방향으로 굽히는 힘에 의해 절곡되면서 걸림홈(32g)(33g)에 걸리는 꺽쇠(22b)(24b); 위치조정판(30)에 수평하게 접합되는 걸림고리(50); 걸림고리(50)가 삽입되어 걸리고, 걸림고리(50)의 직경보다 큰 깊이로 조적벽돌(40)의 평면에 형성되는 개방홈(42)(44); 및 걸림고리(50)의 좌우측과 전방에 각각 끼워져서 개방홈(42)(44)의 내면에 밀착되고, 편심구멍(60h)(62h)(64h)을 갖는 링스페이서(60)(62)(64)를 포함한다.
