INSULATED WINDOWS AND DOORS FRAMES
The present invention relates to an insulation window frame to prevent discharge of inside air or inflow of outside air through a window by blocking the inside air and outside air of the interior and exterior of a building, by comprising: a step of installing inside and outside frames to face one another inside and outside the building; a step of connecting the inside and outside frames using a connection insulation member; a step of connecting and fixating a cover frame in the front end of a fixation member of the outside frame, wherein an insulation material to block outside air is inserted and fixated between the fixation member and cover frame so that the inside air and outside air are blocked by the insulation material of the outside frame. The present invention has effects of performing maintenance and repair by easily separating the cover frame from the fixation frame in case of damage to the cover frame, preventing penetration of the inside and outside air through the window by blocking the inside and outside air using the insulation material inserted between the fixation frame and cover frame, remarkably reducing energy consumption to maintain interior temperature by preventing the penetration of air, saving maintenance costs, and improving the reliability of a product due to the reduction of energy consumption.
본 발명은 단열 창호 프레임에 관한 것으로, 건물의 내, 외측으로 서로 마주보도록 내, 외측프레임을 설치하고, 이 내, 외측프레임 사이를 연결단열재를 연결하며, 외측프레임의 고정프레임에 전단에 커버프레임을 연결 고정하되, 이 고정프레임과 커버프레임 사이에 외기를 차단하는 단열재를 삽입 고정함으로써, 외측프레임의 단열재에 실, 내외의 내, 외기가 차단되어 실내로 외기가 유입되거나 혹은 실외로 내기가 방출되는 것이 차단된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 커버프레임 부식 또는 손상이 커버프레임을 고정프레임에서 손쉽게 이탈하여 유지보수가 용이하고, 고정프레임과 커버프레임 사이의 단열재가 내, 외기 흐름을 차단하여, 외기의 유입 및 내기의 방출이 방지되며, 이 내, 외기의 유입 및 방출 방지로 실내측 온도 유지를 위한 에너지 소비율이 현저하게 저하되고, 이 에너지 소비율 저하로 관리 유지비 감소와 동시에 제품의 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
