HEAT INSULATED STRUCTURE FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS
In an insulation structure for a window of the present invention, first and second insulating materials are composed of a pair of first coupling units and a pair of second coupling units including a pair of first extension units, a pair of second extension units, and first and second coupling hooks formed on the ends of the first and second extension units. A receiving space for the installation of a sub insulating material is formed between the first and second coupling units when the first and second coupling hooks are coupled. Accordingly, the first coupling hook of the first insulating material and the second coupling hook of the second insulating material are coupled when adhering the first and second insulating materials to each other after placing the first and second insulating materials to face each other and positioning the sub insulating material between the first and second insulating materials, thus the first insulating material, sub insulating material, and the second insulating material are joined. Accordingly, the installation of a window frame insulating unit is very easy and simple as the first, second, and the sub insulating materials are integrated through a simple work of pushing and fitting the first and second insulating materials. In addition, as the sub insulating material is additionally formed between the first and second insulating materials, the insulation between first and second window frames is improved.
본 발명의 창호용 단열구조는, 제1단열재 및 제2단열재가, 한쌍의 제1연장부 및 제2연장부와 이 제1연장부 및 제2연장부의 단부에 형성된 제1체결훅 및 제2체결훅으로 이루어진 한쌍의 제1체결부 및 제2체결부로 이루어지며, 제1체결훅 및 제2체결훅이 체결되면 한쌍의 제1체결부 및 한쌍의 제2체결부 사이에 보조단열재 설치용 수납공간이 형성된다. 따라서, 제1단열재 및 제2단열재를 마주보도록 한 후 이들 사이에 보조단열재를 위치시키고 제1단열재 및 제2단열재를 서로 밀착시키면 제1단열재의 제1체결훅과 제2단열재의 제2체결훅이 서로 체결되며, 이에 따라 제1단열재, 보조단열재, 제2단열재가 결합된다. 그러므로 제1단열재 및 제2단열재를 밀어 끼우는 간편한 작업으로 제1단열재, 제2단열재, 보조단열재가 일체화되므로 창문틀단열부 설치작업이 매우 간편하고 신속하다. 그리고, 제1단열재 및 제2단열재 사이에 보조단열재가 더 구비되므로 제1창문틀 및 제2창문틀 사이의 단열효과가 증대된다.
