본 발명에 따라서, 건물 내부에서 외부로 반사나 방사로 손실되는 열을 차단하도록 구성된 반사층과; 상기 반사층 상에 점착층을 매개로 접착되어 형성되며, 건물 외부의 열기와 냉기 및 소음을 차단하는 재료로 구성되는 보온재층과; 상기 보온재층 상에 형성되며, 소정의 무늬가 인쇄되어 있고 OPP나 PET로 구성되는 시트 필름층을 포함하고, 상기 보온재층을 향하는 상기 시트 필름층의 제1 표면 및 제1 면과 반대쪽의 제2 표면 중 적어도 한 표면에는 상기 보온재층과의 점착을 위한 재료로 이루어지는 코팅 재료와 제올라이트와 은 및 아연을 포함하는 항균제가 혼합되어 구성되는 혼합 코팅층이 형성되어, 방곰팡이성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 시트가 제공된다.
A heat insulating sheet in accordance with the present invention comprises: a reflective layer which is constructed to block heat lost by radiation or reflection from the inside of a building to the outside thereof; a heat insulating material layer which is formed by being attached to the reflective layer by the medium of an adhesion layer, and consists of materials for blocking heat, cold, and noise in the outside of the building; and a sheet film layer which is formed on the heat insulating material layer and consists of OPP or PET, and on which a predetermined pattern is printed. In regards to this, a mixed coating layer, which is constructed by mixing a coating material consisting of materials for adhering to the heat insulating material layer, and an antimicrobial including zeolite, silver, and zinc, is formed on at least one surface among a first surface and a second surface that is an opposite side of the sheet film layer. Accordingly, the heat insulating sheet has anti-mold properties.
