CURTAIN WALL STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING HEAT CONDUCTION
A heat conduction preventing curtain wall according to the present invention includes: a first main frame formed into a hollow rectangular pipe structure made of stainless steel and having a first opening in a wall on one side; a second main frame formed into a hollow rectangular pipe structure made of stainless steel, having a second opening in a wall on one side, and separately arranged to be in a line with the first main frame to allow the second opening to face the first opening; a first aluminum frame inserted into the first main frame and having a first protrusion protruding toward the second main frame through the first opening; a second aluminum frame inserted into the second main frame and having a second protrusion protruding toward the first main frame through the second opening; a connection frame made of a synthetic resin with thermal conductivity lower than aluminum, lengthily extended to be in a line with the first man frame, and having both transverse sides connected to the first and second protrusions; and double glazing of which an edge of one side is fixated and joined to the first and second main frames by a sealing member by being inserted between the first and second main frames. The purpose of the present invention is to manufacture the curtain wall with the frames made of different materials.
본 발명에 의한 열전도 차단형 커튼월은, 스테인리스스틸로 제작되되 내부가 비어 있는 각관 구조로 형성되며, 일측 벽체에 제1 개구부가 형성된 제1 메인프레임; 스테인리스스틸로 제작되되 내부가 비어 있는 각관 구조로 형성되며, 일측 벽체에 제2 개구부가 형성되고, 상기 제2 개구부가 상기 제1 개구부와 대향되도록 상기 제1 메인프레임과 나란하게 이격 배열되는 제2 메인프레임; 상기 제1 메인프레임의 내부에 삽입되며, 상기 제1 개구부를 통해 상기 제2 메인프레임을 향해 돌출되는 제1 돌출부를 구비하는 제1 알루미늄프레임; 상기 제2 메인프레임의 내부에 삽입되며, 상기 제2 개구부를 통해 상기 제1 메인프레임을 향해 돌출되는 제2 돌출부를 구비하는 제2 알루미늄프레임; 알루미늄보다 열전도율이 낮은 합성수지로 제작되되, 상기 제1 메인프레임과 나란하도록 길게 연장되며 폭방향 양측이 상기 제1 돌출부와 제2 돌출부에 결합되는 연결프레임; 일측 가장자리 부위가 상기 제1 메인프레임과 상기 제2 메인프레임 사이에 삽입되어, 실링부재에 의해 상기 제1 메인프레임 및 상기 제2 메인프레임에 고정결합되는 복층유리;를 포함한다.
