Energy-Saving Curtain Wall Frame by Heat Conduction Preventing and its Construction Method
The present invention relates to an energy-saving curtain wall frame (CF) by heat conduction prevention and a construction method (M) thereof. To this end, the curtain wall frame enables a connection member to be coupled to a front surface unit of a main frame, wherein a cover frame is coupled to a front area of the connection member to support pair glass. Moreover, the connection member is inserted into the front surface unit of the main frame, wherein a separation space unit is formed in a rear area of the connection member such that only a portion of the connection member can be coupled to the front surface unit. Accordingly, the separation space unit is formed to fundamentally block heat conduction, and thus insulation performance can be maximized.
본 발명은 열전도 차단을 통한 에너지 절약형 커튼 월 프레임(CF) 및 그 시공방법(M)에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 메인 프레임의 전면부에 연결부재가 체결되고, 상기 연결부재의 전방에 커버 프레임이 체결되어 복층 유리를 지지하는 커튼 월 프레임에 이어서, 상기 메인 프레임의 전면부에는 연결부재가 끼움 결합되되, 상기 연결부재의 후방에는 일부분만이 결합되도록 이격 공간부가 형성된다. 이로써, 이격 공간부가 형성되어 열전도를 근원적으로 차단함으로써 단열성능을 극대화할 수 있다.
