TUNNEL WATERPROOF MEMBRANE CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND THE WATERPROOF MEMBRANE ADHESION MEMBER
The present invention relates to a tunnel waterproof membrane construction method which performs construction with less joint by constructing a wide area by fixating a waterproof membrane to a structure using an adhesive member and pressure, and a waterproof membrane adhesion member. The tunnel waterproof membrane construction method comprises: (S10) a step of installing the adhesive member by a fixing member to one plane of a shotcrete cured by being poured into a tunnel; (S20) a step of installing an air member in the tunnel under a state which the adhesive member is fixated to the shotcrete, and connecting an air supply device to supply air to the air member; (S30) a step of placing a waterproof membrane to be attached to a wall of the tunnel on the air member located in the tunnel; (S40) a step of attaching the waterproof membrane to the tunnel plane by expanding the air member by injecting air to apply pressure by the air under the state which the waterproof membrane is placed on the air member; and (S50) a step of removing the air member from the tunnel by deflating the expanded air member and removing pressure in the air member, or moving the air member to another position of the tunnel. The method of the present invention improves a quality of waterproofing by being able to reduce the number of joints of the waterproof membrane by constructing a wide area, and has the effect of easily performing contact construction along the tunnel plane as the tunnel plane is installed using the air member in case the tunnel plane is irregular.
본 발명은 접착부재와 압력을 이용하여 방수막을 구조물에 고정함으로써 넓은 면적을 시공하며 이음이 적은 시공을 할 수 있도록 한 터널 방수막 시공방법 및 방수막 접착부재에 관한 것으로, 터널 내부에 타설하여 양생한 숏크리트의 일면에 고정부재에 의해 접착부재를 설치하는 제10단계와; 숏크리트에 접착부재를 고정한 상태에서 터널 내부에 에어부재를 설치하고 에어부재에 에어를 공급하기 위한 에어공급장치를 연결하는 제20단계와; 터널 내부에 위치한 에어부재에 터널 벽면에 부착할 방수막을 거치하는 제30단계와; 에어부재에 방수막을 거치한 상태에서 에어에 의한 압력이 가해지도록 에어를 주입하여 에어부재를 팽창시켜 터널 면에 방수막을 접착부재를 통해 부착하는 제40단계와; 팽창시킨 에어부재의 에어를 빼내어 에어부재 내부의 압력을 제거하여 터널에서 제거하거나 또는 터널의 다른 위치로 이동하는 제50단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 넓은 면적을 시공함으로써 방수막의 접합개소를 줄일 수 있어 방수품질을 향상시키며, 터널 면이 불규칙한 경우, 방수막을 에어부재를 이용하여 설치하므로 터널 면을 따라 밀착시공이 용이한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a tunnel waterproof membrane construction method which performs construction with less joint by constructing a wide area by fixating a waterproof membrane to a structure using an adhesive member and pressure, and a waterproof membrane adhesion member. The tunnel waterproof membrane construction method comprises: (S10) a step of installing the adhesive member by a fixing member to one plane of a shotcrete cured by being poured into a tunnel; (S20) a step of installing an air member in the tunnel under a state which the adhesive member is fixated to the shotcrete, and connecting an air supply device to supply air to the air member; (S30) a step of placing a waterproof membrane to be attached to a wall of the tunnel on the air member located in the tunnel; (S40) a step of attaching the waterproof membrane to the tunnel plane by expanding the air member by injecting air to apply pressure by the air under the state which the waterproof membrane is placed on the air member; and (S50) a step of removing the air member from the tunnel by deflating the expanded air member and removing pressure in the air member, or moving the air member to another position of the tunnel. The method of the present invention improves a quality of waterproofing by being able to reduce the number of joints of the waterproof membrane by constructing a wide area, and has the effect of easily performing contact construction along the tunnel plane as the tunnel plane is installed using the air member in case the tunnel plane is irregular.
본 발명은 접착부재와 압력을 이용하여 방수막을 구조물에 고정함으로써 넓은 면적을 시공하며 이음이 적은 시공을 할 수 있도록 한 터널 방수막 시공방법 및 방수막 접착부재에 관한 것으로, 터널 내부에 타설하여 양생한 숏크리트의 일면에 고정부재에 의해 접착부재를 설치하는 제10단계와; 숏크리트에 접착부재를 고정한 상태에서 터널 내부에 에어부재를 설치하고 에어부재에 에어를 공급하기 위한 에어공급장치를 연결하는 제20단계와; 터널 내부에 위치한 에어부재에 터널 벽면에 부착할 방수막을 거치하는 제30단계와; 에어부재에 방수막을 거치한 상태에서 에어에 의한 압력이 가해지도록 에어를 주입하여 에어부재를 팽창시켜 터널 면에 방수막을 접착부재를 통해 부착하는 제40단계와; 팽창시킨 에어부재의 에어를 빼내어 에어부재 내부의 압력을 제거하여 터널에서 제거하거나 또는 터널의 다른 위치로 이동하는 제50단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 넓은 면적을 시공함으로써 방수막의 접합개소를 줄일 수 있어 방수품질을 향상시키며, 터널 면이 불규칙한 경우, 방수막을 에어부재를 이용하여 설치하므로 터널 면을 따라 밀착시공이 용이한 효과가 있다.
