CURTAIN WALL HAVING HEAT INSULATION AND BLOCKING WATER STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a curtain wall having a structure of insulating heat and blocking water. An objective of the present invention is to provide a curtain wall having a member for insulating heat and blocking water which fills an upper and a lower space of an insulation mounting member connecting a horizontal main frame supporting a weight of glass and a finishing frame for finishing a glass connection unit from an outdoor side and supporting a side to block heat conduction by a convection phenomenon and an inflow of rainwater. The curtain wall comprises a horizontal frame (1) and a vertical frame installed on an outer wall of a building to support a weight of glass (7), and a structure where an interface between the glass and the horizontal and the vertical frame is sealed using a sealant. The curtain wall having a structure of insulating heat and blocking water comprises: an insulation mounting member (2) wherein an end of one side thereof is inserted and mounted in the horizontal frame; a finishing frame (3) inserted and mounted in an end of the other side of the insulation mounting member (2); and a heat insulating and water blocking member (5) installed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the insulation mounting member (2) to come in contact with a glass surface and fill an internal space of the curtain wall to block heat conduction by a convection phenomenon and an inflow path of water.
본 발명은 단열 및 차수 구조를 구비한 커튼월에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 유리 하중을 지지하는 수평 메인프레임과 실외측에서 유리 이음부 마감 및 측면 지지를 위한 마감프레임간을 연결하는 단열 체결부재의 상하부 공간을 메꿔 대류현상에 의한 열전도와 빗물 유입을 차단하는 단열 및 차수 부재를 형성한 커튼월을 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 건물 외벽쪽에 설치되어 유리(7)의 하중을 지지하는 수평 프레임(1)과 수직 프레임과, 상기 유리와 수평 및 수직 프레임간의 경계면에 실란트로 실링처리된 구조를 포함하는 커튼월에 있어서, 상기 수평 프레임과 일측단이 끼움 결합되는 단열 체결부재(2)와; 상기 단열 체결부재(2)의 타측단과 끼움결합되는 마감프레임(3)과; 상기 단열 체결부재(2)의 상부면 및 하부면에 설치되어 유리면과 접촉하면서 커튼월의 내부 공간부를 메꿔 대류현상에 의한 열전도와 물의 유입 경로를 차단시키는 단열 및 차수 부재(5);를 포함하여 구성된 단열 및 차수 구조를 구비한 커튼월을 발명의 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a curtain wall having a structure of insulating heat and blocking water.
