CURTAIN WALL HAVING MULTI HEAT INSULATION AND DRAIN STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a curtain wall having a multi-heat insulation and drain structure capable of providing a multi-heat insulation structure by coupling a metal horizontal frame positioned in an indoor area and a metal outdoor frame positioned in an outdoor area only by a heat-insulation coupling member without a separate coupling member, and increasing heat insulation properties and drain properties by providing a structure capable of preventing leakage of an indoor area by draining water introduced through a gap formed due to decrepit packing or sealant. The curtain wall installed on an outer wall side of a building comprises: a horizontal frame including an inner metal frame, an outer metal frame protruding in an outdoor direction to support and couple a heat insulation coupling member, and a heat insulation member coupling the inner frame and the outer frame, while insulating them by preventing heat conduction therebetween; the heat insulation coupling member inserted and coupled to the horizontal frame and outdoor frames positioned on both ends to block heat conduction and having a drainage hole for draining water; a heat insulation film installed on an outdoor side of the outdoor frames; and buffer members installed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the heat insulation coupling member, supporting glass, and providing airtightness.
본 발명은 다중 단열 및 배수 구조를 구비한 커튼월에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 실내에 위치한 금속재 수평 프레임과 실외에 위치한 금속재 실외프레임 사이를 별도의 결합부재 없이 단열 결합부재만으로 결합시켜 이웃하는 단열부재들과 다중 단열구조를 제공하고, 노후된 패킹 또는 실링재로 인해 발생된 틈새를 통해 유입되는 물을 배수시켜 실내 누수를 방지할 수 있는 구조를 구비하여 단열성 및 배수성을 증진시킨 커튼월을 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명의 구성은 건물 외벽쪽에 설치되는 커튼월에 있어서, 금속재로 이루어진 내측프레임과 실외방향으로 돌출되어 단열 결합부재를 지지하여 결합하는 금속재 외측프레임과 상기 내측프레임과 외측프레임간의 열전도를 차단하여 단열시키면서 결합시키는 단열부재로 구성된 수평 프레임과; 양측단에 위치한 실외프레임 및 수평프레임과 끼움결합되어 열전도를 차단하면서 유입된 물의 배수를 위한 배수구가 형성된 단열 결합부재와; 실외프레임의 실외쪽에 설치된 단열막과; 상기 단열 결합부재의 상부면 및 하부면에 설치되어 유리를 완충 지지하면서 기밀력을 제공하는 완충부재;를 포함하여 구성된 다중 단열 및 배수 구조를 구비한 커튼월을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
