TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEVICE FOR FAUCET WHEN FLOW RATE OF FAUCET CHANGE
The present invention provides a mixed water temperature control device by changing a supply amount of cold and hot water in a faucet. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mixed water temperature control device by changing a supply amount of the cold and hot water in a faucet includes: a faucet unit having a hot water inlet, a cold water inlet, and an outlet on the bottom surface, wherein an outer surface is connected to a faucet lever; a pipe unit including a hot water supply line supplying the hot water to the hot water inlet, a cold water supply line supplying the cold water to the cold water inlet, and a discharge line in which mixed water discharged from the outlet flows; a flow rate change measurement unit connected to the hot water supply line and the cold water supply line and moving in a piston form between the hot water supply line and the cold water supply line due to difference between a flow pressure of the cold water flowing along the cold water supply line and a flow pressure of the hot water flowing along the hot water supply line; and a temperature control unit connected to the faucet unit and the flow rate change measurement unit to change a linear motion of the flow rate change measurement unit to a rotation motion by being engaged with the flow rate change measurement unit to control an opening rate of the hot water inlet and the cold water inlet, and controlling the temperature of the mixed water discharged through the outlet. The temperature control unit includes: a control rotation plate installed on the bottom of the faucet unit and having a cold water control opening connected to the cold water inlet and a hot water control opening connected to the hot water inlet; a rotation shaft extended to protrude from the bottom surface of the control rotation plate; and a pinion gear connected to the other end of the rotation shaft and connected to a rack gear of the flow rate change measurement unit. The pinion gear rotates by being engaged with the rack gear when the rack gear straightly moves, and the control rotation plate changes the position of the hot water control opening and the cold water control opening.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수전의 냉, 온수 공급량 변화로 인한 혼합수 온도 조절 장치는 외면에 수전레버가 연결되고, 바닥면에 온수유입공, 냉수유입공과 배출공이 마련된 수전부; 온수유입공으로 온수를 공급하는 온수공급라인, 냉수유입공으로 냉수를 공급하는 냉수공급라인과, 배출공에서 토출된 혼합수가 유동하는 배출라인이 구비된 배관부; 온수공급라인과 냉수공급라인에 연결되고, 온수공급라인을 유동하는 온수의 유압과 냉수공급라인을 따라 유동하는 냉수의 유압 차이에 의해, 온수공급라인과 냉수공급라인 사이에서 피스톤운동하는 유량변화측정부; 및 유량변화측정부와 연동되어 유량변화측정부의 직선운동을 회전운동으로 전환가능하게 수전부와 유량변화측정부에 연결되어, 온수유입공과 냉수유입공의 개방정도를 조절하여, 배출공을 통해 배출되는 혼합수의 온도를 조절하는 온도조절부를 포함하고, 온도조절부는, 수전부의 바닥면에 대해 회전가능하게 설치되고, 온수유입공과 연통되는 온수조절개구와 냉수유입공과 연통되는 냉수조절개구가 마련된 조절회전판; 조절회전판의 바닥면에서 돌출되어 연장된 회전축; 및 회전축의 타단에 연결되고, 유량변화측정부의 랙기어와 기어결합되는 피니언기어를 포함하고, 피니언기어는 랙기어의 직선운동시 랙기어와 연동되어 회전되면서, 조절회전판이 온수조절개구와 냉수조절개구의 위치를 가변시키도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.

The present invention provides a mixed water temperature control device by changing a supply amount of cold and hot water in a faucet. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mixed water temperature control device by changing a supply amount of the cold and hot water in a faucet includes: a faucet unit having a hot water inlet, a cold water inlet, and an outlet on the bottom surface, wherein an outer surface is connected to a faucet lever; a pipe unit including a hot water supply line supplying the hot water to the hot water inlet, a cold water supply line supplying the cold water to the cold water inlet, and a discharge line in which mixed water discharged from the outlet flows; a flow rate change measurement unit connected to the hot water supply line and the cold water supply line and moving in a piston form between the hot water supply line and the cold water supply line due to difference between a flow pressure of the cold water flowing along the cold water supply line and a flow pressure of the hot water flowing along the hot water supply line; and a temperature control unit connected to the faucet unit and the flow rate change measurement unit to change a linear motion of the flow rate change measurement unit to a rotation motion by being engaged with the flow rate change measurement unit to control an opening rate of the hot water inlet and the cold water inlet, and controlling the temperature of the mixed water discharged through the outlet. The temperature control unit includes: a control rotation plate installed on the bottom of the faucet unit and having a cold water control opening connected to the cold water inlet and a hot water control opening connected to the hot water inlet; a rotation shaft extended to protrude from the bottom surface of the control rotation plate; and a pinion gear connected to the other end of the rotation shaft and connected to a rack gear of the flow rate change measurement unit. The pinion gear rotates by being engaged with the rack gear when the rack gear straightly moves, and the control rotation plate changes the position of the hot water control opening and the cold water control opening.
