SAFETY LOCKING DEVICE OF CLAWS FOR EXCAVATORS
The present invention relates to a safe fixing device for claws of an excavator. Since the present invention comprises an elevating unit, a tension control member, an unhooking unit, and unhooking piece, the present invention is capable of improving work efficiency by fixing claws in an idle state as well as unfixing the claws in a using state without manual work of an excavator operator by using simple manipulation to rotate an arm of the excavator towards a boom. Since the present invention stably and automatically fixes and unfixes the claws without manual work of the excavator operator, the present invention is capable of promoting the safety of the operator while conveniently and more stably unfixing the claws by stably preventing damage to the unhooking unit when the claws are unfixed since a tensile spring is interposed between the tension control member and an end of an elevating rod of the unhooking unit.
본 발명은 굴착기용 집게발의 안전 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 승강구동유닛, 장력조절부재, 걸림해지유닛 및 걸림해지편을 포함하여 구성됨으로써 집게발의 미사용시 집게발의 고정은 물론 집게발의 사용시 집게발의 고정해지가 굴착기 조작 작업자의 수동작업이 없이, 굴착기의 암을 붐 측으로 회전시키는 간편한 조작을 통하여 자동으로 이루어져 작업능률을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있고, 굴착기 조작 작업자의 수동작업이 없이 자동으로 집게발의 고정 및 고정해지가 안정적으로 이루어짐으로써 작업자의 안전을 도모할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 걸림해지유닛의 승강봉 단부와 장력조절부재 사이에 인장스프링이 개재됨으로써 집게발의 고정해지 작동시 걸림해지유닛의 파손을 안정적으로 방지하여 집게발의 고정해지가 간편하면서도 더욱 안정적으로 이루어질 수 있는 것이다.
