Safety locking device of claws for excavators
The present invention relates to a safety fixing device of a claw for an excavator. According to the present invention, a connection unit is installed in a fixing piece to rotate by a connection rod and a control piece. A hanging release unit is formed on an upper side of a lower side of the connection unit, and has a weight unit and a hanging release ring unit selectively hanging and fixating a hanging pin protruding from a side of the claw to the outer side. The hanging release unit is fixated by the fixing piece in a predetermined distance from a lower side of an installation bracket fixated to one side of an arm, and selectively hangs and fixates the hanging pin or releases the hanging pin protruding from the side of the claw to the outer side. As such, the claw is able to be fixated when the claw is not used, and the claw is able to automatically be fixated and released without manual work from a worker when the claw is used. As such, work efficiency is able to remarkably be improved. Moreover, the claw is able to automatically be fixated and released without the manual work from the worker controlling the excavator; thereby the safety fixing device of the claw for an excavator helping the worker to be safe.
본 발명은 굴착기용 집게발의 안전 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 고정편에 결합봉과 구속편을 통하여 결합부가 회전가능토록 설치되되 결합부의 상, 하측에 각기 집게발의 측부에 외향 돌출형성된 걸림핀을 선택적으로 걸림 구속하는 걸림해지고리부와 웨이트부가 형성된 걸림해지구가 구비됨으로써 암의 일면 상에 고정설치되는 설치브래킷 하측으로 일정거리 떨어져 고정편을 통해 고정설치되어 걸림해지구에 의해 집게발의 측부에 외향 돌출 형성된 걸림핀을 선택적으로 걸림 구속 및 구속 해지할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 이를 통하여 집게발의 미사용시 집게발의 고정은 물론 집게발의 사용시 집게발의 고정해지가 굴착기 조작 작업자의 수동작업이 없이 자동으로 이루어져 작업능률을 현저히 향상시킬 수 있으며, 아울러 굴착기 조작 작업자의 수동작업이 없이 자동으로 집게발의 고정 및 고정해지가 이루어짐으로써 작업자의 안전을 도모할 수 있는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a safety fixing device of a claw for an excavator.
