THE ONE TOUCH SEPARATING TYPE NON SUPPORTING FORM JOIST
The present invention relates to a one-touch separation type non support joist. The one-touch separation type non support joist (J) enables construction of a non support joist, capable of bearing a load without a vertical support (supporting post) by improving resistance of bending deformation and of easily being installed and disassembled using a ready-made reinforcing bar integrated deck manufactured in a factory, in a mold to form a reinforced concrete slab. The one-touch separation type non support joist is to support a mold panel (P) installed to place slab concrete without the additional vertical support. The one-touch separation type non support joist comprises: an end mounting unit (200) mounted on a vertical mold (F) installed in a beam or a wall; the reinforcing bar integrated deck (D) wherein a steel plate (D4) is installed in the upper part, and a truss comprising an upper bar (D1), a lower bar (D2), and a lattice (D3) is combined with the lower part of the steel plate (D4); and an end truss connection unit (100) wherein one end is combined with an end of the reinforcing bar integrated deck (D) and the other end is attached to the end mounting unit (200) to be detached. An unlocking handle (240) is attached to the end mounting unit (200), and the end truss connection unit (100) is separated from the end mounting unit (200) by the weight of the end truss connection unit (100) when the unlocking handle (240) is moved.
본 발명은 철근콘크리트 슬래브를 형성하기 위한 거푸집에서, 공장에서 제작한 기성의 철근 일체형 데크를 이용하여 설치 및 해체가 용이하면서 휨변형의 저항력을 높여 수직서포트(동바리) 없이 자체적으로 하중을 견딜 수 있는 무지보 장선을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 슬래브 콘크리트 타설을 위해 설치되는 거푸집널(P)을 별도의 수직서포트없이 지지하기 위한 것으로, 보 또는 벽체에 설치되는 수직거푸집(F)에 거치되는 단부거치부(200); 상부에 철판(D4)이 설치되고 상기 철판(D4) 하부에 상부근(D1)과 하부근(D2) 그리고 래티스(D3)로 이루어진 트러스가 결합된 철근 일체형 테크(D); 및, 상기 철근 일체형 테크(D)의 단부에 일단이 결합되어 타단이 상기 단부거치부(200)에 탈착가능하게 부착되는 단부트러스연결부(100); 를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 단부거치부(200)에는 해제용손잡이(240)가 부착되어 상기 해제용손잡이(240)를 움직이면 상기 단부트러스연결부(100)가 자중에 의해서 상기 단부거치부(200)에서 이탈하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원터치 분리형 무지보 장선(J)을 제공한다.
